Hooo boy, after going all the reviews I decided not to donate my stuff here. All the reviews point at one common thing which is rude manager and staff. Be nice to people it won’t cost you anything. Anyway, I’ll never visit and support this unfriendly place

Very rude staff. I just dropped off some stuff today. There was a Mexican girl who doesn’t have the etiquette of basic courtesy. Behaves as if she’s doing some favor to the donors. She should be fired.

While staff is generally friendly, they frequently close the store an hour before the online closing time (literally writing this after trying to visit today and the doors were closed; online says 7 pm). Prices can also be sky rocketed.

Be aware of this price gouging store and the staff is trained strictly by the manager too loot your every single hard earned dollar. Their prices are higher than the new items at the store one time we bought a toy which was priced 5.99$ and the same toy at the dollar store was for 1$ 2 people are running the whole show in the back the Spanish ( manager ) and her right hand girl with open hair (Spanish decent) the moment you like something and they can sense it you want it . They will ask you straight 25$ for an item worth just 8 or 9 $ I highly recommend try to visit other thrift stores in Fremont but avoid this location. And yes both the manager and her right hand Spanish gal with open hair they both are rude like anything you would never see smile on their faces. And how do I know all of this because I live next door in apt next to goodwill they are not creating jobs they are looting peoples money . And I’m pretty sure they sell the good stuff to their contacts.Hope the upper management takes some action look at all the reviews not everyone can complain the same thing it’s a price Gouging store

First time and the last time here. The only reason why they got a star was because I had to put one.The assistant manager and the front end supervisor were so rude. They do not care about helping people and have a bad attitude towards customer. They didn't want to give me their names because I was going to contact headquarters. I went outside after my purchase and Left a message anyways and hopefully something gets done.Well I was waiting to be connected to the lady in charge at headquarters I didn't even want the shirt I bought to support the store. I ended up going back in and trying to get a store credit but the front end supervisor couldn't or didn't even know how to do that. She said I can come back with my receipt but I didn't even want to do that. So I gave my store credit to another customer.

So bloody annoying coming here. I called and asked about a number of different types of donations, and they said no problem. When I showed up, with all my stuff in the trunk, they said they didn’t accept my items. Very frustrating. And the service is usually unfriendly and bordering on unpleasant

The service I received at donations was beyond exceptional thank you soo much to Marie and Jazmine!!! They both took the time to make sure all my items were accounted for even though I was very unorganized ! Marie is such a hard worker she was sorting out boxes of stuff and noticed I was struggling with my items so she left what she was doing and came over to offer help. Thanks for making my time at goodwill so relaxed!

I rarely go to goodwills but this one, I have got to say is very clean and very affordable. The young woman helping me out was very beautiful and kind. She even complimented my backpack! I felt very welcomed and appreciated at this store, everyone here so nice and lovely! :) Will definitely come again!

I don't understand the negative reviews for this location.. today I arrived after 4:30 right before they closed. Im so Thankful that the donation attendant was able to help me with my 10 bags of clothing, she assisted with a cart. Which was honestly really helpful. If it was not for her help, I would have had to struggle with these bags and most likely take them elsewhere. I thanked and asked for her name (Marie.) I will most definitely continue to donate at this location. Overall great customer service.

Maybe change the hours of donations? We came before 5 to drop off items to donate and the doors were closed. If yall arent accepting donations past 4:30 then please change the hours online or even on your yelp "ask the community" section. And whoever was working in the donation center on Saturday, Oct 21, 2023 who was a bit shorter than the other employees, she was rude as hell and yelling at my boyfriend telling him that yall are closed. I also work in customer service but why would u yell at someone? unless someone is starting it with you, then there's no reason to act like that. lastly he wasn't even carrying anything, all the stuff we wanted to donate was kept in the car. if we had tried to leave the stuff outside the donation door then go ahead and yell but all he did was ask a question.

0 rating for the donation center. Super rude staff. Won't be donating anything at this store ever again. There are lots of other places that take donations and I recommend everyone to do the same.We donated a bunch of household stuff and went to the retail store. The retail store and the donation center are connected by a common door which was open. We had forgotten to take the receipt so we entered through this door and asked for it. The 2 women there immediately said we aren't supposed to enter from here, come the other way around. They could have just given us the receipt which was right there especially as we were carrying a baby with us. We agreed to that and we walked all the way out and did a circle and went through the main entrance which was literally 10 ft from the place where they sent us back from. After we entered we asked them for the receipt. Instead of just handing it to us, they reminded us twice again about how we shouldn't have entered using the door that connects to the retail store. When we tried to explain that there wasn't any indication that said don't enter , they said we should leave the store.

Crew greets most people. It's nice to just browse uninterrupted. Hit or miss! I love sports gear, and sometimes I find great items!Easy drop off to donate. Don't see too many toys or medical equipment, possibly because of safety reasons. They do try to keep items organized by color and that helps to shop!
