This pharmacy has the medication I need that seems to be always out of stock at Walgreens or Alto. Roland is super nice and has always been helpful throughout the years.

Unprofessional service caused customers are unable to get the medication refills . Pls hire the right staffs to keep your business survived. When they say my prescriptions are ready for pick up , its actually not even existing when I get there , it has been happened more than several times ! I don't want to be the victim of you guys again!

This pharmacy is like an old fashioned family owned pharmacy with wonderful customer service. The staff knows you and greets you by your first name, ask how your family member is doing and always has gone the extra mile for our family. It is a small business that I continue to patronage within our community and would recommend. If there are problems setting up your accounts they get right to the problem and get it solved. We see no reason to change over to "Corporate" Pharmacies and recommend our Friendly Pharmacy managed by Roland. Grateful in every way during the pandemic and now endemic for their services during a time of supply chain shortages, they somehow got in our Rx! Another Health Care Provider that watched over us, and was there to help. The shop is clean, orderly and never see our bag of Rx stacked on the floors like other Corporate pharmacies. They do the best they possibly can within the small space they have, and to have kept people safe during the Pandemic. Our community is fortunate to have Mowry Pharmacy.

Awesome pharmacy. Customer service is wonderful! They are courteous. Roland, the pharmacy manager, has a great personality and is always ready to help. He will speak on the phone if you need his assistance. This again is a Awesome pharmacy, I have seen people inside who are frustrated because their insurance, med- i-Cal, doesn't cover a medication? But it's not the pharmacy they are only going by med-i-cals policy & guidelines!! So when we all get frustrated at times, or aren't feeling well, but to come here and take it out on the staff!? It isn't fair! Yes, I've seen some terrible altered personalities inside? Mowry medical pharmacy, you are #1

Terrible pharmacist, I had prescriptions prescribed to this pharmacy I was denied once, I checked back with the doctor I told them I couldn't get prescriptions here, he said everything was in order I went back and they told me that in that pharmacy they don't carry that medication... that was complete BS.... what kind of pharmacy doesnt carry prescriptions...? They denied me twice with different reasons as the excuse? Makes no sense... Take your business elsewhere!! Also they denied my dad's good Rx coupons even though they are medical good Rx.. zero stars
