2 stars for being very nice. However when I returned to sell the quote changed based on him stating that something was missing and it was lighter? To the best of my knowledge nothing was missing from the day before! Thought that was a bit off so didn't sell and left, not to return. A waste of time for us.

They need to update their business hours on yelp. I drove 30 minutes because its supposed to be closed until 5pm. It was closed since 3 and they have a sign that says "if we are not here please call yusuf" i call and get no answer lol. What a way to lose customers

Unfortunately, my review of my experience isn't a good one. Very disappointing. I did business with Yusif years ago. He was great, showed me what the gun said, gave me a good price and took out the stones for me to keep. Based on that great experience, I went back. The shop was closed during normal business hours so I called and he explained he had to leave early told me to come back the next day and he would get a little more because of the inconvenience. When I got there, he was there but he handed me off to someone else without saying anything. He had his back to me and said something (what seemed to be about me) and went into a room with someone else. The man who helped me wouldn't take out the gemstones including a diamond chip, and scoffed at the idea like I was his family not his customer. I told him Yusif offered me a little more and he challenged everything I said to the point where I said "I'm not lying to you, ask him". He came back and said ok. He offered me the opportunity to take back what he was buying if I didn't like the terms-he wasn't going to give me back the stones. I should have picked up everything the gold and silver and just left but instead I took the offer as I wasn't feeling well and frankly didn't have the energy to go to another place. Surprised and disappointed at the lack of respect, poor customer service and dismissive demeanor. Won't be back. Won't recommend. Will share experience.

I found this place and tried to call to make sure I could sell my jewelry. They missed my call and returned it which I was impressed by. I had 1 necklace and 2 pieces to sell. He used a hand machine to determine the karats which was quick and easy. After, he weighed the items. Im not sure about price and gold so dont run with my opinion lol. He offered me a price and said it was best that I keep it but I literally had it sitting for a long time and it was pieces so I said why not. After I accepted the price he paid me cash right then and there. I think it was worth it considering I wasn't going to do anything. Quick and easy i'd recommend.

Had my first experience selling some old jewelry and I was so happy I met Abu. Such a wonderful, kind man. He took me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable with the sale. I couldn't have been any happier. One thing he said, don't get rid of your gold jewelry. Even if you don't know if it's gold, bring it to him and he will examine what you have for free.
