We used to love the chair until it broke down after less than 1.5 yr and the warranty expired When we purchased the expensive chair and was told the warranty is good for 3yrs so they are proving false advertisement. They charged us for the repair knowing they have a malfunction remote Would not recommend the product to my friend who was going to buy a chair for her bday.

I loved the chair. Recently it was moved and a part broke. I can't get anyone at the company to answer the phone or respond to emails or FB message. I'm going to try the American pain association as I bought the chair at a conference

I highly recommend Dr. Fuji's massage chair to anyone who suffer from chronic neck and back pain and body tensions. I am hooked on it after merely 1 week of use which healed my problems. No more doctor visits nor medications. I have suffered over 20 years until I used Dr. Fuji's massage chair (model: FJ-8500), it's worth every penny. I love the body and shoulder detection function which tailors to my personal comfort. I couldn't live without Dr. Fuji's chair, it's a life saver. We bought a Fuji Massage chair in early June and loved it very much. However it developed some noises and malfunctions on the airbags by the thighs. We contacted the seller and Wendy who delivered and installed our chair contacted us via FaceTime to diagnose the problems. Then she scheduled a meeting with us and came to our house to fix the problems beyond our expectations. We are very pleased with Wendy's skills and customer service. Highly recommend the product and of course Wendy's service.

The one and only Dr. Fuji "I love him to life!!Dr. Fuji and his staff member Wendy are dedicated to hard work and insuring that customers are 100% satisfied. They come out of my home and uninstalled my chair and relocate with no problems. My story is before having this chair I use to have problems with my feet and my back, but since I've had the chair my whole body is pain free. I love my chair!! Dr. Fuji have many products that will help you with any of your body situation. Thank you so much Dr. Fuji and staff !!

Dr. Fuji the is well known for his massage Chairs. This Chair is the best massage chairs that I have ever been in!!! Not Only do you have a great chair, but you have great fun loving Doctor who invented the chair. Today Dr. Fuji and one of his Staff members by the name of Wendy came out to one of my locations to uninstall my chair, and move it to another location, This was the most best customer service that & smoothest move I ever seen. "I mean it!!!" They did the job in no time... Also my chair was delivered and put back together safely... Go out and get a massage Chair by, Dr. Fuji... you will thank me later

Very bad experience. Bought the most expensive model. FJ 8000. Was told 3 years warranty. Then later on i find out it is only 1 year. This 13000usd chair last 1 years and 8 months. I havent even paid it off yet.

Chair making noise after 10 month. Service guy come to house very unprofessional and impolite and say making noise is normal. Best luck if you decide to purchase this brand.

I bought this chair at a health Expo - at 1st they were asking around $6000. I think I paid about 2200. I just saw one on eBay exactly the same for $659. It wouldn't be so bad if they are horrible with customer service and you only get a 90 day in-house warrantee. The short story - the leather like coating over the chair starts falling apart in 2 years; the foot massager stopped working about 2 years; The touchscreen LED lights started going out after 2 years; the massage is getting less potent after about 4 years. I must say, it does give a very good massage! I still use it for my back, but I must put a sheet over it otherwise the black flakes from whatever is coating the chair get all over me. Now, they just drop on the floor or stay on the sheet. I would definitely stay away from this unless you can buy it for $650 with at least a three-year warranty! Otherwise, there are so many sources for the same chair! It looks like Michael who gave the review did get a freebie - but, I can understand him saying that it gave a great massage. However, just don't buy it from Dr. Fuji.

I came to this showroom. It is pretty impressive. There a all types of chairs and price range. The best part of it, is that you get to try them for free. That's where it all end. Once their sales talk you into getting one, you are screwed. They tell you the chair comes with a free one year warranty and free delivery. The delivery of the chair is free but the one year warranty is charged to you even though they tell you it's free. Than they sent you your invoice about a month later, after you paid off your credit card bill. On top of that they place all your personal information on the envelope that your invoice comes in. If you have any complains about the chair or the invoice good luck trying to find their phone number from the invoice. Once you get them on the phone the sales person that handle your purchase always seems to be unavailable to speak with you. Oh, don't bother to leave messages, your calls will never be return. As for trying to call for a warranty service, the best of luck to you when you do. The heat on my chair doesn't work, meaning no heat comes from the chair when I turn the heat on. When I called they told me I didn't do it right. I read the instruction provide, oh, the instruction booklet provided is for a different model of chair. Thus, I put my tech hat on and got to work, found out that the cable to the heating coil was disconnected. I reconnected it and there was heat, but the heat was only lukewarm. I called them back left several messages with no call back. So, I gave up on trying to recontact them. Left that job to my wife, she's still trying to get in touch with them in regard to the one year warranty charges. It's been 2 months, she's still at it.
