Came in for a maintenance check and Nick helped me out. Nick was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was great! Nick got me out within two hours and I even got a free car wash! I’d give more stars if I could!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CAR SERVICE I’VE EVER DEALT WITH! They have ZERO regard for their clients and are completely unprofessional. I was told that my car would be done before they close for the day, and that I’d receive a call/text from them but they never did! They all went home for the day without calling or notifying me! I was not able to come to the office the next day because I don’t have my car! Their agent (Nick) blatantly lied about sending multiple calls and texts, which is simply unacceptable. After sharing my experience, I’ve heard from numerous others who’ve gone through the exact same ordeal (my brother in law and my lyft driver going there). It’s clear this branch has no intention of improving. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from their extremely dishonest, unreliable service!!

I came in to get a factory recall repair made. I came in early on a Friday morning 9/13/24 and it was finished in two hours. I would’ve hoped it was finished quicker.

We got the best service at Fremont Toyota! I am so happy with my new car purchase and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Anthony Guzman was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the entire process. We recommend that when you think of buying a cat you go to Fremont Toyota.

This review is for Mustafa Mohammad in sales. Overall good experience buying a used vehicle from him. He answered our questions with authenticity. He listened to what we wanted and at no point did it feel like we were being pressured nor up sold to. The whole process was quick relatively speaking. He is good at his job ? I recommend him if you are buying a vehicle as a couple/family. He’s understands there’s lots of compromise that goes into buying a vehicle for more than one person.

I bought a used car. Wheel sensor was broken. I was told they would pay for the repair. They have not! They promised me two items that were missing off the SUV. They have not returned my phone calls.
Once you buy a car from them they don’t care anymore. They do not go through on promises. So sad.
