We recently needed to select tiles for a newly added bathroom. We talked to Habib who was very patient explaining to us about the tiles that we would need for both the shower pan and bathroom floor. He was great in advising us about the number of tiles we would need as well. He is great to work with and you can tell he has a lot of experience in this industry. I would definitely recommend buying your tiles from this store.

We chose Fremont Tile & Carpet store to fulfill our bathroom remodeling project by recommendation of our contractor.We found a good selection of tiles in store, great advice and recommendations from Habib on selection of different materials for 3 bathrooms including Hansgrohe plumbing and Toto toilets and sinks.Our store order was completed ahead of time of actual remodeling and they kept all materials as long as needed.We felt friendly atmosphere, professional service and good customer care from Habib and Obaid.I would highly recommend Fremont Tile & Carpet store to my friends and neighbors for all their remodeling needsThank you!

Habib and Obaid at Fremont Tile and Carpet were so knowledgeable and helpful during our renovation. They gave us a lot of information about tile and other flooring options and were very patient as we took a long time to decide. They provided samples of grout to ensure a perfect match. They purchased our tile at an excellent price and stored the tile for us even though it took much longer than we expected. They recommended Enrique who did an amazing job leveling our floors, laying out the tile piece by piece so the pattern was perfect. Everyone who sees the tile comments on how perfect it is. We appreciate all that Habib and Obaid have done for us. They went above and beyond to support us! We highly recommend them!

We had excellent customer service experience with Obaid and Habib when we purchased tiles for our bathroom remodeling. It's our first remodeling experience and we had no idea what to look for the first time when we walked in the store. Obaid was so patient and professional to show us how to get started. When we had questions, he's always there to answer and guide us with his experience in the industry. Habib helped us to do the math for our measurement and quantity of order. The tiles are with top quality with nice selections of styles. Delivery was on time. I went this place to look at a shower pan and some materials to go along with the shower pan. So the person showed me a some samplesThe sample the person showed us it was stone material and the person made us paid up front when we received the item it was plastic with a white. So when I contacted the person and told him to fix the item the person said he will charge 35% fee to return the item.When i told the person it was not our faultI don't recommend this place

We were selling our home and on a very tight timeline, but needed to replace our stairway and bedroom carpet quickly. Obaid and Habib were great helping me choose a readily available high quality carpet in my price range, and then graciously rearranging another customer to accommodate our schedule. I have also purchased lovely tile from them over 20 years ago, and they put some flooring down for us previously. They have great selection, and their installers did quality work for us. I can't recommend them enough - they are not a giant chain store, they know their products, and work for their customers.

We had been in this store before because they have a great selection of everything. Obaid the manager has always been very informative and helpful. We went in in March and had Obaid gave us some selections. He came out and gave us a quote on carpet and tile for the fireplace in March. My wife if 51 years came down with stage 4 cancer and passed in May. Contacted Obaid in late July, he honored the quote from March and ordered the carpet and installed by August 2. His installers showed up at 8:15 and Obaid showed up a few minutes later to move all the furniture. They finished up at 6:15 after laying 676 square feet and Obaid was back to install the furniture. They did quality work, cleaned up and it came out beautiful. Thank you Obaid !!

We went to five stores for replacing the carpet in our den. Fremont Tile & Carpet by far had the best selection, prices, and customer service. We are often barefoot and always without shoes in our home, so we wanted as soft as can be carpet for our den. Obaid showed us a wide range of options in various price ranges and was extremely candid about durability and ease of cleaning with each option, as we do have a kiddo and dogs. When Obaid came to our home for the measurements he was very thorough in discussing with my husband the various options they could do re running ethernet etc. cables underneath the carpet along the perimeter and transitions since our den connects to multiple other rooms and flooring types in our home. Obaid was also beyond accommodating with scheduling the installation - we did not make this easy on them at all (sorry!). The now installed carpets exceeds our expectations in look and feel - it's so incredibly plush! We couldn't be happier. We also wanted to commend the installer. He was punctual, polite, incredibly detailed, very tidy, and receptive to making adjustments for the cables we have under the carpet since my husband reconfigured them somewhat between the measurement and installment dates.

Good tile is very hard to get these days, due to shipment issues across the country. We canceled three other online and one in-store tile orders before we ended up working with Fremont Tile & Carpet.First, they were extremely helpful when we were picking the right combination of tile and supporting materials. Second, they readily made several adjustments we needed. Third, they were always available for questions and status updates - because yes, they were also affected by shipment issues.End result - gorgeous kitchen.

When I moved to Fremont in 1996, Fremont Carpet & Tile was located near my house.Like most new homeowners I decided to go to Home Depot first to see what they had to offer. After a purchase and bad experience at Home Depot that was eventually resolved, I decided to try Fremont Tile and Carpet. The salesperson (Obaid) assisted with my carpet selection, came out to measure and arranged the installation. Everything went better than expected.24 years later, I returned to Fremont Tile and Carpet for flooring. Again I was assisted by Obaid. He helped with my choice of flooring and the installation was flawless. The selection in the store is amazing. If you don't see what you want, more than likely they can get it within days. I'll take the experience here at Fremont Tile & Carpet over the big box stores any day.

Just ordered Tiles for the bathroom and got them installed. Originally I had put in an order at Home Depot, and was given a one week lead time. Then they called and said the the products were not available at all. We searched for local Tile store and went to check out Fremont Tiles and Carpet. The manager was really knowledgeable and gave great suggestions of products, how much to order and what backplash to pair with. The tiles arrived within a week, were beautiful and good quality. We're very happy with our purchase.
