I just bought my second pair of shoes from Foot Solution. Sherry, the lovely young lady (owner?) is very friendly and knowledgeable about shoes and feet in general. Last time when I went in 2021 she had the shoes that was recommended by the podiatrist. This time though, she did not have it in stock she ordered it for delivery to my house. Can't wait for my new pair of shoes so I can walk comfortably!

Lady/Owner working there took good care of me. She brought out almost every shoe that they had. Although none of them were a good fit for me, I’m still glad I went. She seemed very thorough and caring.

To be honest, I never heard of this place nor noticed this store until my podiatrist mentioned about it. Based on his recommendation, I was looking for a recovery sandal which I can wear inside the house. I wasn't comfortable ordering online and return if it doesn't work. Finally this place came for my rescue. This store was hidden to me, I have been around this plaza many times, hardly noticed this. I was very specifically looking for a brand - oofos. I didn't realize initially that they serve their customers by appointment. I had to find it the hard way. Went there and the shop was closed, but there was a notice outside with the details. The next day, I called in that number. But no one picked up the phone. But a few minutes later the shop owner (sorry, I forgot her name) called me back and asked me to come over if I was available that time; or else she was ready to give me a time slot later that week. When I arrived, I didn't have to wait. I handed over the prescription, she gave me the choice of couple of models for the sandals. I tried them out, different sizes. She was super helpful and patient to listen to my asks and concerns. She gave some suggestions on the models as well. Finally I have the sandal I was looking for, yay! I wanted to try the oofus shoe as well, but unfortunately it wasn't available. She had noted down that and taken my number so that she could call me once the new stock arrives. I am still waiting for that. Checkout was smooth. She gave me a 10% discount as well. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Shame that they don't carry Hokas, but I will visit them again when I need another fresh pair of sandals or any other recovery shoes. It's located in a small plaza, and can't see the store from Fremont Blvd. Don't forget to call them and get an appointment if you are planning to visit.

Felt COVID safe at this business. Super pleased I made an appointment and fitted for new tennis/walking shoes. The staff sized me and based on my walk recommended one mfr over another. They had the shoes shipped direct to my house so I avoided second visit. Shoes fit perfectly.

I had a horrible experience at this store a friend bought me a pair of shoes here and they were very tight due to the pandemic I could not return them when I finally went the lady said oh I can't return them they are used? I only wore the shoes in the house for about 20 min the soles are intact the lady insisted they are used? She argued and refused I just wanted an exchange she was rude and insists that she could not work with me so I am stuck with shoes that hurt I will never shop here again plus the lady who owns 3 care homes and gave them alot of business will also stop her business here and go someplace else

Sherry, the owner is so knowledgeable and helpful. Wow I am amazed at how great a problem solver she is!! I went in with Dr Martin boot shoes, which have the worst construction ever. Purely fashionable with no support and uncomfortable in all kinds of areas. She identified my left foot is both half a size smaller and more sensitive. She gave me a half sole insert with an arch to create more support. Then to reduce the discomfort on the top of my shoe, she stuck this half ball thing on top of the sole insert. Then after seeing I was feeling it protuberate, she moved the half ball thing on the bottom side of the sole insert. She even cut a part of it off with scissors to reduce how much it stuck out. Then she used Velcro to keep the insert in place. Wow I got a whole new pair of shoes. She even said "now you have new shoes". It cost more than I was planning to spend but so worth it. I'll be coming back with any of my shoe problems, and I'll surely be wearing my Dr Martins a whole lot more. FYI - they moved to Irvington area, they're not in warm springs snymore

I went to what is now the old location of Foot Solutions only to find out they had moved. To make matters worse my favorite salesperson, Lynne no longer works there. She's the only person there I have complete confidence in to help make the decision has to what shoes will be a "good fit" for my feet. The new location is in a less congested area. Lo and behold when I walked into Beck's in Fremont (I didn't find any suitable shoes atFS) Who did I see....Lynne! Beck's is now my good to shoe store.

Very good service. Truly professional ladies and knowledgeable. She recommended the right insole and I already feel my pain is gone. I will suggest to people to go to them if you feel foot pain and try their recommended insole.

I've been going here for yrs. But this last time the Asian lady that was wrking there, greeted us when we came in, & told us that she'd be right with us, but continued to do paperwork for at least 10 more min. When she did come help us, she seemed to know what she was talking about. However, I couldn't understand her English. I'm glad my husband was with me so he could interpret what she was trying to say.

Great experience. They took what my doctor told me to look at and immediately brought them out from the back. Helped me try the options on and helped recommend inserts. They definitely knew their stuff. I will be back!
