This dealership is running Extremely predatory business practices. First we dealt with Omar who is no longer with the company we were there for hours and they valued my trade in at 19K yesterday we found a car we like and Vaani said not only will they uphold the trade in quote but he will try and get a little more. I told him my number what I would need for the deal to work and my monthly payment preferences. He gave me options and then ran my credit. After running my credit which is in the top percentile he then said ohhh by the way they’re offering $5k less for your trade in and also we need to up your payments. I asked why he ran my credit when he knew he was trying to give me $5k less for my trade in. I then was transferred to Amin because April said the GM was out of town. Amin said he understands why I’m upset and my credit shouldn’t in fact have been run and the value should absolutely not have been devalued by 5K. I explained how predatory and unethical it is to run customers credit before disclosing all of this information and nothing was done and they refused to allow me to speak with the GM. I tried calling back and this time Wendy answered and said the GM was in a meeting she said Sang will reach back. He called back explained the car was sold, which is clearly why this entire bs run around and he says they will honor the 19K trade in value and sent me a new one that is one year older and older body style and not even the AMG package. The one I was looking at was 2022 $34,984 and new body with AMG package This is $33,984 2021 it's an old body and not the AMG package this is not where near comparable. This is exactly why people hate car shopping because an exciting purchase turns into an excruciating experience where you feel cheated and taken advantage of. Sliding fees and changing quotes and then offering a lesser vehicle because the one you wanted was actually no longer available. This was a huge waste of time and resources and credit inquiries for no reason other then what gain form this entire ordeal. I will absolutely be reporting this further.

Got a car delivered cross-country from them. Showed up w/ almost no gas and the gas cap broken, despite them saying everything worked fine on it. So first had to get towed straight to mechanic. They also didn't mail the hybrid vehicle with the EV charger that the car comes with. So far, they're slowly rectifying the issues but after 2.5 weeks I still dont have part of the charger that's necessary to use it.

They all need to go back to sales training class , I simply requested what offered on their website as a promo ( EQS SUV AWD for $899 per mos 5k due at signing ) all I got was higher quotes and when would you like to come in ??? why the hell would i waste my time in person when you can't even offer what you advertise . dont fall for their promos its all BS

We had a service here. We got a phone call at 5:10pm Friday to pick up our car. It was rush hour, we arrived at 6:05pm even though we departed right after the phone call. Everyone is back home and the cashier door is locked and we were almost refused. Luckily we paid the fee online so we are good and we find another door to get to the cashier. We almost missed the pickup due to the bad arrangement. Won’t suggest here for your service.

Marvin, Fernando, and AJ helped me out and made the process seamless. We were in and out in an hour or so. Great people to work with because they'll always have your back and stand by your best interest. It truly feels like a family business that deserves their flowers. I highly recommend working with these specific individuals because they are the best of the best. Give these employees a bonus and an award for their tremendous service!

Really bad service, we shake hands and make a deal then one hour later of waiting for the paper works they decided to not sale us the car. We waste about 6 hours for nothing.

This dealership's service rep Mohammed Moe Firoz cursed me off on the phone, refused to identify who he was, or whether he even worked for Mercedes when I was trying to obtain a loaner car because he couldn't finish servicing my family's vehicle the day of as promised and had to keep it overnight. I had to hang up because he was becoming more and more aggressive and made me feel very unsafe. I thought I had called the wrong number.
Moe instructed his staff to make my mother and me wait outside his office, outdoors in the middle of summer for 20+ minutes instead of meeting us in the air-conditioned waiting area as all other service reps I've seen had done. When I met him in-person, he immediately stood very up close and continued arguing he-said-she-said items rather than actually helping me obtain a loaner car. I asked and insisted multiple times that he tell me where to get a loaner car, hoping he'd not escalate his anger further, before he haphazardly pointed to the waiting area and told me to talk to another staff member when i could've been told so from the get-go. His hostile demeanor was beyond unprofessional --- it was dangerous and unsafe towards my mother and me, esp. since we didn't even have a vehicle to leave the location.
Of course, this location had no loaner cars left and told me to wait indefinitely even though Moe demanded that I got there before 4:30pm that day. I was told I'll get the next available loaner car, but another lady that came after me got a loaner car before I did. After multiple calls from my father, we were finally given the option to rent from Enterprise. Moe purposely had us wait another 20-30 minutes before instructing his staff to call Enterprise to pick us up.
I am beyond shocked at the horrible service itself. I am appalled that Mercedes allows their service manager to intimidate and curse out their customers and how this particular location has enabled Moe's aggressive behavior towards their customers and women.
Please avoid getting your vehicle serviced here at all costs. The trouble of delayed service is not even worth mentioning compared to how hostile and unsafe their reps make the environment.

I leased 2 cars from Fletcher Jones Fremont in Nov 2020 and both had paint bubbling issues within months. The service advisor (Moe F) dismissed my concerns. Now they blame me, citing excessive heat, despite my other cars (Mercedes, Tesla, etc.) being fine. Poor customer service from the dealership even when I have purchased 5 cars from them.
Fletcher Jones of Fremont is not helping resolve an issue that is clearly a manufacturing issue.

I purchased a new CLA250 from MISHA, it was a great experience! MISHA exceeded all expectations- he gave me a good deal on a new car an$ a fair deal on my used trade in. Whole process was a pure pleasure- we talked about cars and life, I had a test drive, made a down payment, signed loan paperwork and was ready to take off in a new car in less than an hour!
