If there is a negative star review, I would give that. Such a terrible customer service. I went to the store with my items to ship and I had to buy the cardboard box from there as I didnt have any of my own. First the customer rep said he wont ship the item because it contains some snacks. Then he corrected that he wont pack it but okay to ship. I was more than happy to pack myself as I went to the store with that intent.When I had placed my items in the box that I bought there, and asked for tape to seal the two sides, the customer rep said he cant give me the tape he had on the table right in front of me and I had to buy a tape from there. All I needed was two pull of tape. And he added its company policy. Its the most stupid and ridiculous thing that I have heard.Its just basic human behavior to help and I was trying to give them business.JUST STAY AWAY FROM FEDEX AND THIS STORE.I went directly to UPS at Warm Springs Blvd, just a minute from this store and shipped my item. Cherry on top, the UPS store rep packed everything for me even though I was refusing help. And he was more than happy to tape my box. TWICE!

Great customer service. The team here always goes above and beyond to help out. Yes it’s a small store, so it’s best to come in the mornings when it’s not to busy.

Many times it feels like only one person works here. Expect long lines if a single person in front of you needs to pack and ship anything. It also seems every time I come here around noon the store is closed as the single employee is on lunch break.

Not a good service point from FedEx. Too compact and service is not quick. Only one printer and there is not enough space inside to wait. If more than 2 people are in queue, third person need to wait outside.They need ensure the staff service fast . Most of the time staff says software is acting wierd or slow. Taking too much time.Since it's in a populated area and will be busy. They need bigger place and increase the effeciency. Can't wait that long to just drop an item and go. Or just print and go. At least a spare printer should be there.

If you can't run it, then you should close it. My expectations for FedEx are reliability and delivery. Today was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. A be right back sign with a 45 minute delay at GedEx?! Really? Close the store if you can't handle it.

This warehouse (Newark) failed to deliver my package - never left the facility - for 9 days and then proceeded to update the delivery with "Shipment was not picked up within required timeframe - Unable to deliver shipment - Returning to shipper". From everything I can tell, they just didn't deliver it. It wasn't lost, I called corporate when it was 3 days late and again at 9 days late and they never helped. I also called this warehouse when it was 3 days late and was informed that "3 days late is lucky, that package won't be delivered until next week at best". And then they never delivered it. I'm honestly blown away by how terrible this experience was.

Gabe the store clerk is the worst employee one can ever face. Was just outright rude and disrespectful. Did not help in doing the most minimal task. Absolutely outrageous behavior. I missed my fight and got charged for some other expenses just because of the delay he caused me.
