I dropped off an Ebay shipment today and within 5 minutes the team here at Fedex called me back to inform me that they were unable to receive the package due to an issue with the label. I wasn't going to be back in Fremont for 5 days so the fact they were able to update me and call me so fast was immensely helpful! Of course the situation was stressful but their prompt call helped save the day and the manager then explained what issue was occurring and that it had happened before with other Ebay packages. Really appreciate the customer service!

Sarah Walker, the senior manager at the FedEx store, provided exceptional assistance with my shipment to India. Her patience and politeness were truly commendable throughout the process.She helped me obtain the updated invoice needed by Indian Customs Services with efficiency and professionalism. I am highly grateful for her outstanding service and would highly recommend her assistance to anyone in need.

Quite possibly the worst experience I've had in shipping a package. I had to ship a package overseas and the staff just asked me to do it myself at a kiosk. Had to weigh the package and drop it myself. Absolutely unhelpful staff. Avoid at all costs

A helpful and friendly team works here and I've enjoyed all encounters for printing and shipping services. Online print jobs are done pretty fast with quick notifications when pick-up is ready. The store is usually well staffed and I haven't had to wait much for any of the services. There is ample parking, but the lot is a bit tricky with traffic, so a little careful.
