Tanija is the best FedEx employee ever!!! She is very professional and knowledgeable. She is also a delight and very friendly lady. I feel welcome with her. I never felt that at any other FedEx location. Thank you for making my flyers for my event look so beautiful. I’m happy that I chose this FedEx for my project.

There is a rude fedex emploee who helps with the printer, Asked for simple help that the document is not loading, he/she replied so rudely and just left.
Dont take help from that fedex employee who helps with the printer

Tanija really saved the day! I was really struggling with brochures for my wedding program and was growing frustrated and stressed. She came over without my asking for help and assured me we’d figure things out, helping me calm down and fully resolving my issues. She had my programs print perfectly!!!! I would highly recommend Tanija’s help at this FedEx location and look forward to returning for any future services I need since I know Tanija is on the team.

Horrible service where it is very clear that employees just want to close up and get out than help out customers.. I went there at 7.50 pm and 8.00 pm was the closing time. I had a package to ship and when I approached the front desk, the guy was obviously preparing to leave and had shut down his system apparently. He actually said this aloud - " do I even have the time to do this now" and after that told me that his system wasn't working and that there is no time to reboot. Would definitely not head to that particular store again for my shipping or printing needs again.

My review is based on their printing services. I have not used this Fedex for any other services besides printing.The self-service printers are easy and convenient, and when it is not too crowded there is usually someone who is able to come help you if needed.My main issues with this Fedex are with print orders I placed online: 1) long waits for what should be straightforward pre-paid pickups and 2) inaccuracy of orders.Regarding (1): Perhaps it because this location is short-staffed (I've recently seen signs that they are hiring) there are employees having to go back and forth between the printing services and the packing/shipping services. There is usually just one line for both services, and I wonder if it would be more efficient to separate the lines.Regarding (2): There were inaccuracies with my two most recent print jobs that I had prepared and ordered online. I reviewed the print jobs before purchasing and everything was accurate. However, upon receiving my orders I was frustrated and disappointed that what was printed did not match the preview. In one of these jobs I had printed 3 different packets, and this Fedex actually completely left out and didn't print one of them and instead double printed one of the packets. Unfortunately I did not realize this until I got home and actually went through the documents later. I checked my order online and my order was correct just as I had reviewed it, so this means this was Fedex's error. Usually an employee will review your printed products with you at pickup to make sure everything is right, but they will sometimes neglect to do this if they're busy. Even if they're busy, I recommend reviewing every page you receive to make sure it's correct before you leave.Finally, the attitude of some of the employees here has been hit or miss. One woman who helped me at the self-service printers was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. On another day, the man who helped me with picking up one of my print orders was extremely apathetic and when I pointed out an issue with my prints and pulled up the order on my phone to show how it was supposed to be according to the preview, he literally said the words "I don't really care." At least he reprinted them for me, but it was just an inappropriate response for someone in a customer-facing job.Despite these issues, I still use this Fedex for its convenience. The facility is clean and organized, and I appreciate the services they offer. However, there is definitely much room for growth in efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
