Never go there! I tried to print my pictures there. I sent my files to the FedEx email, but a guy told me they aren’t actually FedEx. To print my stuff, I either needed a cable or to download the Walgreens app. When I asked how long it would take, he said, ‘It’s not that simple; it will take about an hour, I don’t know.’ I really needed it to be printed as soon as possible.

I just dont understand why this store is still in service. Please change the staff. I had to wait 1 hour for 1 A4 size print because machines are not working. Maybe he will do print out at home or at any other business. Worst service ?

Kevin Wong received my package at front, scanned and said no physical receipt just text confirmation. I said ok but no text confirmation received. So, I told him that I did not get the confirmation. Kevin says I don't have control over the signal and you can have your package back, if you want! This is the kind of customer service that needs to be corrected. I just want a confirmation, and asked him if I can take a picture of the confirmation on his end and he just handed back the package so I just took a picture of him and the package. If ever I lost my package I have you with my package!

They all trying to make wrong money out of you. I had to return a company laptop. Company gave express label and bubbles for wrap. These two ladies there trying to scare me to buy a brown box. When I already know std expres box is free. Very bad habit. FedEx mgmt need to look into this scam

Brought a box here and the staff coldly refused and said it’s too big when it’s actually a normal home depot box. If you have size restriction, pls state clearly vs having people waste their time driving over.

When you call, they keep you on hold and hangs up after 5 mins. None will answer you.

What does FedEx on-site mean? It should say flexed drop off. Lady at the desk got very upset about this being a drop off only.

This Walgreens have this fedex service too. It is at photo place. Wait was more.. at least when I was there. No customer, but one to help.
