Good quality products, very reliable people. Called me back to help me through the permit process. On time and even installed a electrical disconnect at no extra cost, it was not part of the estimate.

I rarely write reviews but decided to for this company. I ordered signs online and when I went to pick them up, they looked less than subpar. The font size of my info didn't stand out and was very small compared to all of the space on the board that could have been utilized. When I spoke with a lady named Kathy or Katie she was very rude and offered no solutions. Instead, she advised on "what I should of did" and what her info stated on their end. No apologies, no smiles, no assistance, just rude. Her customer service skills definitely need to be sharpened and she needs more training on working with clients. She wasn't helpful and I left feeling as though they didn't value my business especially after spending over $500 with their company. I learned a lesson that I will NOT be spending my hard-earned money with their company again. They have lost my business and potential referrals. Do better Excel Sign and Decal Co!

Nearly $1,000 wasted on their horrible service! Would NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM! Thinking of placing an order? You have been warned to expect the worst...It took them nearly 3 months to print just a few signs and then had typos on them. In the meantime I had to call multiple times and they are so disorganized. I was told that my whole order was done in month one and it wasn't.In the meantime I was told that my whole order was picked up and had to argue with customer service 5 times and they kept refusing to help me. Then they finally realized that they indeed did not have the records correct.I was told that I would get a discount and the manager never got back to me. When I finally reached the manager a few months later they refused to do anything to resolve the matter. He just flat out refused to help me and said to have a nice day.I am currently disputing the charges and while they made no effort to provide customer service they are working hard to fight my dispute.Shocking that companies like this exist! Would have been a lot easier to correctly do the order in one week like all of the other sign companies.

Its rare that I write a review but my experience with Excel sign was horrible and lasted over a month. Without getting into the details I can tell you that the quality of their product is very very good. However, their customer service is HORRIBLE. It's unfortunate that a business that produces such a high quality product has such bad customer service. It almost seems that their intent is to destroy the business because they don't even try. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

We should support our local business. But kind of disappointed after having the service for the following reasons: 1) The order form is a bit confused and not very clear 2) Bad communication. If you want to change/revise the order, better to revise/correct on the form and resend. Do not only trust the email communication. 3) Make sure and confirm all the fees before placing the order. Hope it will be improved in the future. Thanks !

I should have read Yelp reviews before placing my order ... I am beyond angry right now ... lets see if they come through with my order .. I will write again once the order is filled ... then you can judge for yourself if you want to do business with this company ... Excel is not a good name for this company. Or may be the name suggests that they Excel in .... Update: If I had read Yelp reviews I would never have done business with this company. After threatening to cancel my order because they breached their posted production commitment, they agreed to give me my signs. The afternoon before pick up, they informed me that the signs would not be in the color I selected. At this point I had no choice. I was bringing a $2,999,888 Listing to market. This company does not give a damn about their commitments. They book the business and then they do as they please. I will find another company to order signs from .. I did not shop around for price. I usually do business with people who provide me with excellent service and quality product and I am willing to pay their dues.

The quality of their product is terrific. The price is the best. But most importantly, the reason for my 5 stars is the service I received. I was in a pinch, needed new signs done FAST. These guys are super busy, but somehow, someway, they understood my circumstances and came through like champs. I worked with Glen, but everyone I spoke to was friendly and went the extra mile. I highly recommend!
