AVOID THIS BUSINESS - Hangfai will knowingly give you a broken car all for profit. When you ask him about the car issues he’ll dodge your calls and avoid at all cost to reimburse you for any issue. The fuel gauge was broken and the car suddenly died on the highway with my family in it, he said it wasn’t his fault and requested I fix it else where.

This dealership and I made an appointment for me to come check on one vehicle. I arrived at 1:50pm, texted their phone number to let them know I arrived but they didn’t reply. I looked through the glass door of their office and saw no one inside. I stayed outside their office until around 2:10pm I left. No apology for being late. Very bad customer service. One advice for buying the vehicles is to check any vehicle carefully before making purchase.

Awesome buying experience with Anthony. He is honest, straight forward, and also extremely polite and patient. Last summer I bought an SUV from Emperor Motors. It took probably 1~2 weeks for me to buy from initial contact. He did not rush me, he answered all questions, and even after I bought, he was still accessible to answer some questions and handled a follow-up promptly.

This was the most unexpectedly pleasant car buying experience. Anthony helped from start to finish. He is the opposite of the stereotype sleepy car salesman. Most honest and due diligent professional I could imagine. I bought a Lexus nx200t 2017 still with a year of Lexus warranty and got a deal I couldn't rival anywhere else after months of searching myself. They worked with me a bit on the price but the prices are already very low compared to anywhere else I found. With the shelter/covid, was a little hesitant because I couldn't test drive the car first, but Anthony gave me 1 day to return for any reason and 2 more day return window if any issues were discovered. This made me more comfortable with prepaying for a car I hadn't driven. It's been about a week with the car and I love it, altho with the shelter orders I haven't gotten too much opportunity to drive a lot. But I drove from Fremont to San Francisco where I live and around the neighborhood a few times and it's great so far. Come here, ask for Anthony, he even called to follow up 1 day after purchase to see if everything met my standards, and also shines and polished the car inside and out when I was cane to pick it up, and full tank of premium gas.

Anthony, Anthony, Anthony .... highly experienced in all aspects of automotive sales and purchasing, generously helpful to ensure I understood and got the most out of the pre-purchase and during purchase experience with my lender, and incredibly personable! I had my first car purchase 3 weeks ago and Anthony was amazing with me. He took me to test drive the car multiple times, because I asked to with different family members :-) He explained and shared with me how to vet for my best odds with different lenders, and also shared so much about credit building and financial stuff. He was transparent and genuine each time I called with extra questions or concerns (and I had many!), and I never felt brushed off or the sense of pressure. I've been meaning to write this review for a while but just now getting to it, and am hoping to ensure I do him and the business justice because they are honestly so professional and have phenomenal customer service skills. I will with no doubt remember Anthony when I consider buying another car and recommend him to everyone I know. If you are considering buying a car you've had your eye on here, you will be pleased with the entire process! Thanks again Anthony! E

I bought a 2012 Audi a6 3.0T from these guys last year and the car has been phenomenal. I've never had a single issue with it, and have kept up all maintenance. These guys are great and provide excellent service !

I called and made an appointment to check out a 2006 Toyota 4runner since this dealership is by appointment only. Anthony returned my call and was happy to set it up. Drove down that afternoon from the East Bay and Anthony was prompt and polite while showing me the car. He was super transparent in pointing out imperfections then we went to test drive the 4runner to ensure it didn't have any mechanical issues.

I found Emperor Motors when I was searching a used SUV, namely the 2003-2008 Toyota 4runner. After dealing with a few not so great dealerships, especially a small, used car in San Mateo, I was exhausted. I called Emperor and spoke with Anthony. He was super polite and transparent. We filled out paperwork before I arrived just in case it worked out. I arrived at my appointment in the afternoon and test drove the car. It was great, Anthony was very clear on the imperfections of the car before arriving but mechanically, it was rock solid. It also didn't have the leaky gaskets that I found on other used 4runners. After some negotiations, we we're able to settle on a fair price for my trade in and the car. He worked with my credit to get good financing and I was able to pick up the car the next day. They cleaned it and polished the headlights for me. All I did was sign the final paperwork and drive my new car home. I've bought quite a few used cars and this was by far the most pleasant experience. Anthony was very transparent and really great to work with. I would gladly go back here for my next car purchase.

I bought a Toyota Yaris from them. They were super fair on the price and they saved me a trip to the DMV by having the registration and license ready to go. I would highly recommend.
