Went for a rear end collision repair. Took about a month before calling them to see how much longer. Ali said he'll bump it up to priority and should be done two days later. The day comes to pick it up it was wet from being 'washed' and not even dried. Ali said I was good to go and everything was fine. Did a thorough inspection of the area when I got home to see they never changed out the exhaust pipe so you could still see the dent on the end pipe. Took it back the next day for Ali to make up excuses and ask if I hit anything on my way home. Unlikely the damage would be identical if that were the case especially with picture proof. To think they would've just taken the money and said nothing. Untrustworthy so beware.

The manager Freed provided me with a cost-effective price to repair my fender with 3 days turnaround time to finish repairing my car. It was on-time delivery with additional free service provided - cleaning the foggy headlights, wiping down the aluminum wheel. I strongly recommend everyone to choose them to repair your car.

Freed(owner) was very helpful. I had my BMW's rear door dinged/dented in a parking lot and the damage was very noticeable. The door needed to have the dent fixed and also required a respray. Freed and his team were very responsive and were able to bring the car's door back to new condition. I highly recommend this shop. They provide outstanding customer service and quality of work. If I ever run into any problems in the future I will take my cars here.

Just picked up my 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera T 992 from Freed, had him do a custom color swap on the brake calipers. Factory Porsche Paint Lizard Green, I couldn't be happier. Excellent quality, took pics throughout the whole process. Gave my car the Factory Finish it needed. Very reasonable pricing, can't beat it. Best price, highest quality, guaranteed satisfaction. Pictures simply don't do it justice. EBC offers an array of services, from bodywork, custom fabrication, PPF install, Ceramic Coating, anything and everything you can think of. EastBay was able to help us with a complicated transaction with the other driver not wanting to go through insurance. While the car was in the shop, I also had them work on a few other dents and details. 1 less star because they took a lot longer than promised and then also had us come in, but the car wasn't ready (they did drop it off at our house since it was their mistake). Their pricing seemed pretty fair, and I would use them again.

Awesome communication by all the guys working at the shop. Smooth process between insurance and collision place. We felt taken care of right from the start even before we dropped our car off. Parts took a while but we did not mind as we used our other cars. Professional and we felt valued as customers. We were informed of every step during the process. Highly recommend this place for your auto body repairs!

I recently had my car fixed by EBCC. My experience here was great. The initial inspection and quote was provided by Ali. He was extremely kind and explained the whole process with the insurance patiently. Freed was also extremely kind and helpful in making sure the delivery was smooth. They made sure I was happy with the repairs before I left. They had a discount offer running on the deductible. Despite my deductible being pretty high they still honored the discount which was definitely a plus. The service was excellent and the garage also looks well maintained and equipped.

2017 F30 M2 bumper conversion. If you don't want to do it yourself (quite complicated). Bring it here and make them suffer instead! Great work and paint match. Highly recommended.

Took it here after a rocky experience with another shop and had no regrets. Had a minor bumper tear in the rear and needed to get it fixed. Took it in to get it looked at and the time from turning in the car to recieving it was only 2 and half weeks. Would've had it sooner but a couple parts were on backorder, which happens often and is no issue with me. Paint came out looking great and matched well with the rest of the car. Process and communication was easy and clear with my AAA Agent and Fred. Would reccomend to others. Value and price was no issue either.

$700 to replace plastic parts that could be bought separately from the dealership for $250 and 15 minutes labor. Come here if you want to be ripped-off.

I purchased my MB G63 from MB Walnut Creek and there was damage on the rear driver side passenger door. They took it to Freed here at EastBay Collision Center and with my stock matte grey paint I was very skeptical. However, it turned out like nothing every happened to the door. Fast forward there was damage to the roof of my vehicle and even though I had the option to go anywhere else since I live in San Francisco it was worth bringing it back to Freed. He was always updating me on my vehicle and not to mention I know he would do a great job and so he did.

I recently moved to Oakland and extensively researched body shops in the the greater Bay Area. I ultimately landed on EastBay Collision, which was a bit of a drive for me, but very much worth it. Throughout the process, Freed went above and beyond and was meticulous in his work. Glad that I have found a quality, trustworthy place to bring my car.

I was in a hit and run accident and my car took some damage to the front bumper and I was stressing out cause I don't know much about cars but the owner made the process so simple and easy for me. He didn't waste time trying to tell me things I wouldn't get and he cut straight to the instructions with the insurance and basically took care of the whole thing on his own. He was even kind enough to bend my plate back for me. I really think I made the right choice in choosing this place to take care of my repairs. This is totally unrelated to the actual service but it was a plus for me. The location is great. Lots of great restaurants nearby so I got to drop off my car and go to dinner or pick it up and go to dinner so it was basically a two birds with one stone deal.
