They don’t take calls, not before you waiting for 35 minutes. And they don’t understand you. I said transfer prescription to another store and they said they didn’t have the medication. I said I knew, that’s why I wanted to transfer it out. And they said but they didn’t have it. Just go there or even better choose another pharmacy.

I spent 4 hours driving to 5 CVS stores trying to find my medication because their stupid system didn't show which store had it and they didn't pick up calls, not after I waited for 30 minutes for each store.

I never shop at CVS but was recently signed up to receive $10 every month for a $5 monthly subscription. At first I thought there was a catch but so far I’ve been able to buy beauty products in store and online with the $10.- issued every month. Best subscription ever!! Totally recommend.

I don’t understand why I need to wait almost an hour for just two people in the waiting line.Update. The stupidest thing I’ve ever done is transfer my prescription here.

The CVS manager of this store, Mr. Adam, is absolutely wonderful! He takes great care of his customers and wants to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase. He'll bend over backwards to help you. If you have any problems, ask Mr. Adam. He'll resolve it for you. He's also very friendly and personable too!

They know nothing about customer service. I was with my son here and he wanted to use the restroom, and it was a bit urgent. I asked the staff members (few of them) whether we could use their restroom. All of them refused, even though I tried to explain that we may not have enough time to go to a different shop for restroom. So careless, so inhumane. All of the staff here needs to be dismissed for such behavior.

Do NOT use this place for your flu or covid shots. Apparently CVS appointment booking system books 4 times more than this facility can handle there. Appointment holders were forced to wait more than 1 hour behind on every appointment

I have been a loyal CVS shopper since it was Long's and I am always happy with the service and the value. However, this store (46445 Mission Blvd.) is probably the best-run store I have been to.Julika at the Pharmacy is highly efficient, professional, and friendly. All of the staff members are wonderful, especially Violetta and a young strawberry blond woman whose name I cannot recall. They are clearly happy at their work, and make the shopping experience very pleasant.In any customer service environment the tone is set by management - and in this case, Adam leads by example. He always has a smile to share and is obviously very good to his employees, who clearly respect him. I have never once encountered an employee of this store who seemed negative in any way. In the retail business, that's tough to do.There is a neighborly atmosphere to this store which is rare these days.
