Nobody at the registers, I had to walk around the whole store looking for someone to help me check out. Didn’t bag my items for me either, they had a huge pile over overflowing bags at the front for us to bag ourselves

My account accumulated an extra $10 dollar for extra care money and I was able to purchase some urgently needed OTC at a very nice discount. It pays to use the CVS extra care coupons and discounts!!

I placed a cvs.com online order, to pick up at this store (35720 Fremont Blvd). I then received an email that someone picked it up - not myself or anyone I authorized.
I called them on the phone and they told me that there's nothing they could do, making excuses (i.e. lies) that the person would have to have known my name to pick up the order. They refused to refund or remedy this in any way.
So, basically they let someone have my paid-for order without properly checking their ID, and had the gall to blame me for their error. This store basically stole from me.

I went to pick up medication for my father after his discharge from the hospital and there was an issue with our prescription getting rerouted by the hospital to another location, but the pharmacist T, was beyond helpful and rectified the issue.
He went above and beyond and was very caring. I had tears of gratitude in my eyes as this was much needed medication. Thank you again for your help.

I on line made a photo order. When I picked up the order. The order was missing the item. With the great help from Rhonda at 35720 Fremont BLVD Fremont CA. She fixed the problem with her extra mile did it for the customer. I really appreciated her help. She is really a great employee for CVS. Appreciated her help

The pharmacy people here are assholes. They are not happy with their jobs. They are slow and don't have patience with a customer having question about the medicines. Don't recommend this pharmacy. Don't go here if you don't wanna be treated like shit. They act like they work at the dmv lol

Worse cvs I ve been Do not go! People work there do not know how to look or do anything. Wait hours for one picture that it took two days to be print. When finally was re printed the picture was not mine. Horrible costumer service

We just had the weirdest experience at this CVS yesterday we went in to buy some candy and pick up a prescription, me and my son, and the manager basically followed us around the store telling us how crazy the store is and how she keeps telling people not to come back to the store and she doesn't understand why people keep coming back. She claimed that my son had been in there and that she had told him not to come back. And my son's like no you have me mistaken with somebody else I haven't been in here. I just don't understand how they can have a crazy manager telling people not to come back to the store

The pharmacy here is terrible: I CALLED to confirm receipt of new dosage of Rx but when I went to pick up they had the old dosage. (The person I spoke to on the phone confirmed the new Rx.) This type of thing happens OFTEN at this location. If my insurance allowed me to go somewhere else I would.
