I spent 4 hours driving to 5 CVS stores trying to find my medication because their stupid system didn’t show which store had it and they didn’t pick up calls, not after I waited for 30 minutes for each store.

This is for the pharmacy. Terribly slow and inefficient. Plus even with prescription their medicine is out of stock. Worst thing is they still inform you to come pick up even the medication is out of stock! So you just come for nothing

Terribly overpriced! I needed bleach and they were the only store around. $10 for a small bottle great value bleach. Just disgusting

I have been a practicing dentist in Fremont for over 30 years. I have interfaced with many pharmacies over these years. Suvie and all the employees of the Driscoll Rd CVS are very professional and top notch. The retail Pharmaceutical business is not an easy one to run today. They are all going to be busy. This crew handles it as well or better than anyone. For anyone putting a negative review you must realize what has and is happening in health care. The system is overburdened. This pharmacy has more prescriptions to handle day after day. It's relentless. We appreciate the entire staff and their efforts to keep pace with the demand.

We got our vaccines here. But we do not recommend people to get vaccination here for two reasons below:1. When we scheduled the appointment, the system mistakenly associated me with another patient who has the same last time. And the reason was the system used partial of my information to match with all patients info in the database. This led to the result that we “had no appointment when we arrived”. I did have a text message saying my appointment was booked, but it was not my name and I could not change it even using the link in the text message.2. After a few months, we got notified and found out that they were charging the old insurance company (with previous employer). I don’t know how they kept messing things up and we tried to contact them to get things sort out. They told us they can do nothing for their mistake and ask us to call the headquarter which we did. Our headquarter asked us to call the insurance company (which we already did in the very beginning). We questioned how we could ask our old insurance company to change the new insurance company for the mistake CVS made, after we gave them the insurance company’s phone number, our phone call got hanged up. Had spent an hour trying to solve the issue but still in the process. To sum up, their system and how they handle patient’s bills and information are not reliable, it is better to avoid rather than having to take care of things afterwards.

The register prints a coupon from your phone number account and when you try to use the coupon it doesn't work! CVS sucks! Overpriced store.

Beware if you are on Medicare with a supplement and have Part B drugs to fill. I have made multiple trips to this pharmacy and staff were unaware of Part B drugs, such as those used in a nebulizer. Medicare pays and then the supplement pays. CVS was going to charge a co-pay when there's no co-pay, but worse yet, I had to make several trips and each time they tried to tell me my prescription was not covered. Ultimately they wanted a co-pay but I know there's no co-pay. Staff are not properly trained and I've waited 3 weeks and still do not have these medications. Thankfully I have an excellent broker who put CVS in touch with Medicare to know how to charge this properly. The test will be whether they know how to do it next time. if not, I will go to Walmart where they answer their phone and know how to fill prescriptions!

Laura was the associate that helped me at the CVS on Driscoll Rd in Fremont. She is outstanding! She has a very high work ethic. Everytime I'm at that store she is always asking if we need help to find anything. And countless times I do. So many of the other associates just walk right by you with out even a second glance and no acknowledgement. Laura has a very positive attitude and appears to enjoy her job and the customers she is helping. She is an asset to CVS.

I love the vaccination doctor there! I was totally late by like 15 minutes but he still let me get my flu shot! I totally appreciate him and his patience ! Definitely recommend even if you're like me and sometimes run late and make mistakes... . That employee is a good one!

I had the best customer service experience at the CVS PHARMACY on Driscoll yesterday and today. Tammy at the pharmacy really went above and beyond to help me try to find a cheaper price for my over $400 prescription copay. She searched various sites for me on Saturday and a few more today. I really felt cared about and that I wasn't just a nameless, faceless customer. It really felt like a small town community pharmacy and the pharmacy staff cares about everyone as an individual and provides individualized assistance depending on each customer's needs. Thanks again, Tammy!

Very convenient location and easy parking. The manager was very nice and helpful. He knew exactly where to find the item I was looking for. The store is clean and not crowded so it is quick to pick up prescriptions or purchase needed drug store items. They also do photo printing and passports.

Went for getting booster COVID vaccine on 8th June 2022. For an appointment at 5pm, they made us waiting till 5.25 and no other person in line and with no apologizing - the pharmacist just came and gave the shot and just put the bandaid. The other two doses were taken in mass vaccination camp and people were more courteous. Based on the timings and day - whomsoever the pharmacist - offer better service to others.
