The pharmacist barely speaks English properly. I don't know where these staffs get their professional and/or language training. It was super inconvenient to talk to pharmacist over a phone call, who cannot even pronounce the medication name correctly. Not sure if the one who picked the call at pharmacy department was a legitimate pharmacist or some retail employee. If it is the latter, they should have someone professional to speak over the phone in the pharmacy department.

Would offer nothing if it could. Although it says it is open 24/7, it is not. Every sign reads open, and the 24-hour signs are illuminated, but the doors are locked!

Your medications are never ready when you need them. Even if they text you it's ready. After standing in a long line for 20 minutes they tell you it's not ready and it will be 15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes. Its still not ready. So total of 60 minutes later it's finally ready. Calling them is useless. I was on hold for 15 minutes and no one answered the phone. I called cVS front office and was on hold for another 10 minutes only to be transferred to the pharmacy where no one answered the phone again.

I rarely post reviews for places like this, but I felt like this was an important deviation. This is the single worst CVS I've ever been to. Most things are out of stock or extremely low in stock; when things are in stock, those products on the shelves are dirty-- DIRTY-- like dirt is on the products. It is severely understaffed. The carpet is covered in stains and mysterious wet patches. This is the most janky and upsetting CVS I've ever visited.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero I would. The technicians were completely unhelpful and I was sent back and forth multiple times to different windows. For something that should have taken me 20 minutes took me over an hour.

Can I deduct the stars from this pharmacy... awful long lines and so slow.. I stood in line for 40 mins just for them to tell me that they have not filled my prescription and asked me to wait on the side for 20 more mins.. ridiculous place.. please if someone knows of a better pharmacy in Fremont message me on Yelp!

I spent 4 hours driving to 5 CVS stores trying to find my medication because their stupid system didn't show which store had it and they didn't pick up calls, not after I waited for 30 minutes for each store.

*Review Specifically for COVID bivalent booster experience*We were planning on getting our booster shots before a big event gathering. Luckily CVS was an option for us as our health provider only had Pfizer and we were in search for Moderna for our booster. Getting an appointment was a little rough when the bivalent booster shots came out so we just booked an appointment that worked with our schedule and just gambled to see if we could drop in a week earlier. Well lucky for us, the fact that we did have appointments (even in the future), gave us an advantage and the folks at CVS easily shifted our information for the day we came in. They didn't have to take us. The line wasn't atrociously long but we did have a wait. Either way, it was a pretty good experience to get it.Now was it perfect? No. Did the nurse put the needle way too low? Yes. But it's ok. We deal with these things. Still the process wasn't too bad. First stand in the line for Pharmacy to check in (it's all the way in the back center/left-ish). Then the other line on the side to get our shot. Then wait 15 minutes and left. All in all less than an hour for 3 people. I've experienced worse and in the cold outside. So the fact this was indoors was already a win.

When I returned a product, I was given a store credit for an amount that was less than what was on the receipt. When I told them that they should have told me upfront that the store credit wouldn't be in the full amount, the store manager very rudely said they have no way of reversing it now and there's nothing they can do.

Recommendation: book a vaccine appointment at a different cvs location. I've made all my vaccine appointments through cvs and had an extremely streamlined and efficient process for all other locations. This location has many more customers (line is long at 4:40pm on a Thursday). I thought I'd be fine with an appointment but it's now 30 min of waiting and counting. Only one pharmacist doing vaccinations. There must be some sort of imbalance between the online appointment system and their capability to meet those demands.

Very disappointed in the condescending tone of the pharmacist I spoke with last night. After a video appointment my doctor sent a refill for pain meds. I went over 2 hours later to pick up but they said they didn't have anything pending. I spoke to the man at the drop off window to ask him to check. He snapped they didn't have it, so i opened the mychart app to see if i'd made a mistake and gone to the wrong location. I asked him to look at my phone to confirm and he laughed at me. So now i'm embarrassed and still don't know how to proceed. I asked if he would call my doctor and he scoffed and said "it doesn't work that way." I am neither doctor nor pharmacist nor insurance guru. I don't know how the "system" works. There is no reason he could not have explained politely, with even the smallest amount of kindness. Pharmacists need to remember that people are there because they quite literally need to be. Licensed physicians have prescribed medications to help those that are sick, in pain or have disease. We do not stand in line for 30 minutes because we hope there is a roller coaster and cotton candy at the end! While I've come to accept that CVS doesn't care, everything is about money, there is no longer "service with a smile," i hope they feel it in their sales calls when the numbers drop. I've been getting all of my pet medications (gabapentin, tramadol, etc) at Costco much cheaper and with amazing, friendly customer service, guess it's time i move the human prescriptions too. I should probably mention it to all my friends as well.

Do not go to this CVS. They have a real strange guy that is named Andre that is some kind of security guard. He watches everyone through the cameras and chases people that are Latino! Be very careful!
