Such shady business practices and its asians taking advantage of other asians. They lure you in with promotions and when things go wrong and you want a refund or something, they don't go by the receipts they printed out for you. My mom bought two cases and wanted to return two cases but they wouldn't give back the full amount saying that she read it wrong when clearly the receipt broke down the individual costs. This place should just shut down, shady business practices and people taking advantage of the elderly, avoid!!

I don’t know why the staff here are so unprofessional. We just want to unlock the phone. My husband came to the store twice today. The staff said that the account cannot be unlocked if the account is not here. If you want to unlock it, you will need to earn it back. It will cost you $65. Have you collected the money? It solved the problem. My husband came here again for the second time. The employee refunded $65 and asked us to call customer service. I called customer service. The customer service said that I need to come back here again to change my account password before I can unlock it. I said I went to the store to talk about the account. We couldn't do it here. We had to call customer service. Customer service has more rights than the store. We asked our daughter to call customer service again. The customer service said she had to go to the store to get a new password. Only then could they access our account and help us unlock it. , my daughter said that our account had been transferred, the store said it couldn't be done, and the customer service said that the account was no longer there and it was difficult to reset the password, otherwise it would be impossible to access the account.
