There are very friendly staff and the housekeepers did a great job cleaning.
I've been to many hotels in the US, but this hotel was the best. Elite status gives you a $10 daily voucher, and they always responded kindly and quickly when I had any questions.

The wifi continues to be terrible. I specifically asked for a room with the best chance of good wifi and the check in clerk I formed me that all the wifi had recently been updated, just in the last few weeks. I saw no difference.

Perfect location for me, place is clean, rooms are not noisy and big enough. Service is friendly and helpful. Parking is free!! Fitness center a bit busy during week days, but not a problem.

Very nice place to stay, friendly and helpful staff. Recognized my Marriott status and upgraded my room, it was clean and quiet. The bistro had good food, I recommend the burger. I stayed here for work and hope to come back again.
Safety: I felt this was a very safe area, I left for work in the dark about 5am everyday and never saw anything shady. No homeless around which is rare.

All Courtyards I have ever seen have a nice swimming pool. This traditional Courtyard had a pool until 2019, and then took it out. We had our grandkids who expected to use the swimming pool.
Overall 3 stars because no pool. Otherwise, landscaping average.
Rooms and service were very good.

It was a very nice place to stay. It had a nice courtyard and a balcony to sit on. The rooms have a living room and a separate room for the bedroom (at least where I was staying). Bathroom had a small shower. Over all I thought it was great place to stay

Had a great stay here and loved the location of the hotel! Special shoutout to Martina for helping us out. She was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The whole staff was very accommodating as well, which is always appreciated! Room was nice but the layout is a bit silly. Overall, had a great stay and would gladly choose Courtyard by Marriott again!

This place has been my go to for the last year when I need to stay in Fremont. The location is easy to get to, in a nice industrial area, very good food options nearby and a clean hotel all together.
But the standout +5 stars is the service. From Theresa at the front desk to Ann and Johm at the bistro, they make you feel right at home with their top notch customer service! They bring such amazing energy and are always available to help and answer questions! The housekeeping team is also the best!
I will always come back!
