Customer service managers are terrible in membership. I went to renew my card, only to find out that I was downgraded and didn't know. Sky was very nice customer service that tried to help me. She called a manager Andy Camacho He was very Rude and very defensive. He called Tam Tran and this guy was the same. Not helpful and pretty much Did not care or try to come up with a solution. I explain to him my situation what happened to me by one of his reps last year and he didn't care nor did he try to help me. I asked for his superior only for him to give me a warehouse # and gave me Tim True # general manager. So now I have to wait & see if he is going to make this right. I was downgraded without my knowledge. I spent over $4000 and should of receive $104 check and I still have the executive card and they said No I need to pay $60 renewal to remain a regular member. I was blown away. Both managers were arguing how to find a way not to help rather than trying to find a solution. I'm so blown away with this behavior

Female married roach boss keeps harassing Tom in parking lot and in the store tampering with camera evidence. When will this narcissist get in trouble? It's just a matter of time! Make sure you pull your phone video cameras out. This ugly roach doesn't get it. She ended my customer membership only because Tom loves me. She has participated in drugging Tom into activity with two other women including the fat cow Tom is associated with. Drugged into renewals. They make sure Tom is terrified of complaining, threaten his job and reputation. That's why Tom says "I don't want to get imvolved". But Tom said to me "you can talk with me in the store". Jealous evil narcissist lying ugly female b..strd roach boss now has a rotten cootch ask her doctor.

I typically love this Costco, however recently encountered an issue with one of the managers there named Alejandra. I would NOT suggest ever reaching out to her for approvals for any matter that needs a Manager sign off. She will just read you the policies and is incapable of making a decision. Costco, because of this one interaction where she shamed myself and other friends who have had run ins with her, you've tainted my trust of your business.

I love Costco!!!! Why because I am a Baller On a Budget!!! Costco has great products !!! At Warehouse Pricing!!!! I love their Rotisserie Chicken and Their Snack Bar!!! The Prices they charge at the Snack Bar are Lost Leaders!!! $1.50 for a Hot Dog and a Refillable fountain drink a Steal in the Biden Inflation Era !!!! $10 Large Pepperoni Pizza -Hell Yeah!!!! For all these reasons Costco is a Baller On a Budget Approved Establishment!!!!

Tire/Battery Center at Costco is a joke - slower than the US Postal Service!!! One dude, long line, and he is just yapping with the customer cracking jokes ignoring everyone else in line! Absolute joke, with mediocre prices :(

Given that this is a Costco in a suburb filled to the brim with minivans, it's going to be super busy almost all day long, but at least there are many ways to get in and out of the parking lot, even if you miss the precise driveways that Waze tells you to follow. Things are no different inside. A steady onslaught of folks with folks piling their carts all the way to the rafters, but at least people don't aggressively c**kblock you at the registers only to take their sloooooooooow royal time being in the way - all while knowing that they have 2087203870380708 items compared to your 9 - like they do at, say, the Hayward or San Leandro Costcos. Otherwise, it's a typical Costco. Same products, same aisles with no markings/signage as to what lies within, same mass-consumption, lowest-common-denominator, no-frills experience.

I would not recommend buying a phone here at the phone kiosk. Not only did we have to come in person to preorder, the preordered phones came 3 days late. I had to call in and check on the status of the phones the day they promised and was told that I had to be the one to call back and check in on the preorder status instead of awaiting a call or being given an expected time for the phone delivery. Not only that, the employee who "helped" us, Rodolfo was rude and lacked basic respect and courtesy working a public facing job. I understand there are other customers in line but 1. We were not informed when we preordered that we would have to call in, make an appointment, and then call again an hour before to confirm the appointment. 2. He was extremely disrespectful and condescending in the manner he spoke to me and my parents and lacked the basic courtesy and politeness I would expect from anyone, much less someone working in the customer service industry. I would not do business again with this man regardless of how much the phones are discounted. I have never complained about customer service reps as I have worked in the industry and know the job can be exhausting and I have personally dealt with difficult customers but I genuinely came away from this interaction with a bad taste in my mouth.

--THIS IS ABOUT THEIR APPLIANCE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE, NOT SHOPPING-- We purchased appliances that are to be delivered through Costco's recently acquired Innovel Solutions division. I haven't even received my delivery today, and I'm already disappointed. Innovel gave us a 2hr delivery window yesterday evening - fine. Then today morning, we received a random text message from a "delivery pro" that 1) suddenly provided a 4hr delivery window (effectively the entire Saturday afternoon), and 2) asked for our home address. Pretty shady, right? Good luck trying to get hold of anyone from Innovel. The wait time is, wait, 142min LOL. So, it's 142min waiting on phone, and 4hrs waiting for the delivery. At an hourly salary of, say $150, somebody has to spend $900 just on receiving a washer and stove?!?!?! WTH... Oh, also, the regular Costco customer service won't assist... It seems we just have to bite this bullet, but we are going to cancel the remaining (unshipped) orders we have at Costco. TDLR: Do not purchase appliances that need to be shipped through Costco.

Michael and David from the membership team resolved our issues with transferring and renewing our membership. Didn't really want to spend the extra on the executive but when Michael and David said we came to Costco over 100 times and spent over xxxx amount in the last year, I was surprised lol. It's kind of embarrassing but running a side hustle I guess it makes sense since we need to replenish supplies! Yikes! I've heard stories about how Costco has great management and take care of their employees. You can tell Michael was the seasoned veteran. I noticed on David's name tag that he's only been there since 2020. Both provided excellent customer service and explained the benefits of all their products. Might as well be cool and friends with these guys since I'll probably come here 60 more times this year. I really wanted the trunk organizer but didn't want to apply for another credit card lol.

I found the employee named Kathleen to be unnecessarily rude. It's fine if you need to tell me to stand further back but there is no need to yell with attitude, and then complain loudly to your friend. Unacceptable

I received shorts as a gift from my husband. They didn't fit. He asked me to go and return. I waited in a long line to return just to have the customer service guy scoff at me for having my husbands card that's "non-transferrable". He acted like I was committing a crime just being in there. He also told me to "read the card as it says on there- non transferable." It's my understanding if it's a gift I should be able to return it. I also had the receipt in my hand. I have a husband that works 7 days a week whom can't come back to return, and two small kids with me. The guy could have been more kind when turning me away. It's a hassle bringing two small kids in a long line to return something. I never even shop at Costco and now I would avoid it at all cost. Especially if this is how they treat customers or potential members...

Derricka in Vision Center is a customer orientated staff there: she explained the process and eventually saved me $100+. Additionally, she has a face mask, a pair of gloves during the whole time. Appreciate it!

Before I type my review I would like to say I come to this Costco at least 2xs a week. I felt really uncomfortable yesterday in the self check out idol it was probably the worse experience on how bad your employee made me feel. I just came for a couple items for some reason at multiple stores my credit card kept declining and I wasn't sure why when I have funds. I had to have the rude checkout lady come take off the 1.50 hot dog off for my kids since my card was my only payment method at the time. She said " you want me to take the hot dog off since you can't afford it" I was mind blown because the hot dog is only $1.50 and it's very rude to be worried if I could buy my children a hot dog or not. It just happened to be my card wasn't working she made me feel very uncomfortable and never want to come back and spend my money there. Made me feel terrible
