One of our favorite Costcos in the Bay Area. Got lots of stuff we love that you can't find in other locations. Lots of discounts too! And now that the other new Costco has opened in Newark, it's practically empty especially during the weekdays. So easy parking, quick in and out! And the service by the employees is better too cos they're not as busy and rushing as other places!

I am strictly here to write a review of the famous Costco pizza. I've heard the tale of the glutinous menu item from lands far and wide and thought I would finally give it a go. For a price just over $9, I thought to myself "How good can this pizza be? Will the legends hold true?" I can say, I wasn't disappointed. Was it one of the best pizzas I've ever had? No. Would I still recommend it? Yes. In this economy, it's all about getting the most bang for your buck and this bad boi, does just that. It doesn't try to be something it isn't. It's exactly what you'd expect from a Costco item. Large, in charge, and exactly as advertised. While a bit greasy, this is a must buy if you find yourself needing to indulge with a group of friends on a Friday night, or eat pizza independently though a stay at home weekend.

I mean who doesn't love Costco?! I come here especially when I'm in the area and need to pump gas. Usually the line moves fairly quickly and if you go at the right time, no wait!

This is the worst Costco I have ever been to. Also it seems all the local Costco stores send their customers for tires here. The set I bought one tire was defective and blew out. I have been 3 times and stood in line over an hour each time and I have twice seen them argue with customers it's a mess

We were waiting in the customer service line for 20 minutes and it didn't budge, one line open, but not one customer through in this time. I said to one service rep, "I know you guys are very busy, but are you guys going to bring someone to help this person, because we've been waiting and it doesn't seem to be moving at all..." and she very rudely snapped at me and walked off. Not used to such unhelpful service at Costco. I left without getting my errand done.

I'm not saying Costco is bad. I'm actually still a huge fan. But I need to give a one star because of their produce. They have zero quality control with it and I'm at the point that I will never buy produce from them again. It's not even specifically this location. I've experienced it at most locations. So it has to be a company or regional issue. But take a look at the bag of potato's I got. More than half are green. And GREEN POTATOES ARE POISONOUS!!!! We can actually get very sick from them. It's a sign of either harvesting too late (unlikely) or being stored to long (more likely). To Be honest it's kind of scary that this wasn't caught before it hit the floor.

Just like any busy store the customer service is lacking. Gas station is always a hot mess 24/7. Or whenever they're open. I've had multiple issues with this location. Unfortunately it's the only one in Fremont

Going to preface this with the fact that we only come here because we live in Fremont. Staff is terrible, something always up at the pharmacy. I know they're not Costco employees but the cell phone stand employees are never helpful. Actually tried to work here and two of the general managers knew that I was going to be out of town and I gave my return date. I got a call from admin during the dates I was out saying to come in for orientation (on veteran's day) and I said I couldn't. Melissa, I believe, called me later that day and said she is not holding an orientation for one person and I needed to come and I'd have to apply again if I didn't come. Mind you she was one of the managers I interviewed with and she knew the dates. Andy and Felicia were very understanding during the interview process while she was too busy trying to be intimidating. Anyway, not sure getting strong-armed is a good way to start a job. Was buying a dog bed one time and it was still Saran wrapped and we were checking out and a supervisor, didn't catch her name, was freaking out because "what if there's two beds in there???" And insisted that the bed be undone and we had to counter and say we had a midsize car and wouldn't be able to fit it in the car with all the groceries and she was annoyed that we argued at all. Tried to buy an AC unit recently and we couldn't buy the last one. We figured it was fine because it was unboxed and in a cart and didn't have a penny stock tag indicating that it was the display that they couldn't sell. Why go out of your way to put in a cart if it couldn't be sold? Anyways - come here for the items n not the service. Most times we drive to the Sunnyvale one because there's never any issue with staff there.

The closest Costco to my house. Before moving, I would always go to the Costco in Fremont but this one is much better and a lot less busier!

I still love Costco. However, stay away from the tire shop at this Fremont location. Compared experiences with my friends. The tire shop staffs and managers there are often rude and condescending to customers. At least they were rude to everyone, not just singling me out. In fact, these staffs are not knowledgeable about products and safeties. The problems has been around for several years. They just throw big words around to intimidate customers. It is sad that they do not understand the average IQ of their customers in the silicon valley. Senior managers should really look closer at the customer service problems. Meanwhile, stay away from this tire center. San Jose tire center is much easier to work with. At least I do not sense the same attitude problem.

I've had multiple terrible experiences here while in the 6month stay I had in Fremont. Costco is a universal store for everything you need. I've noticed at this location, they don't tend to update or restock items. My biggest issues is with the staff. Every person that has rung me up is condescending and hostile towards customers. I've mentioned once to a supervisor that you see hanging by the registers the experience I went through.... no surprise here the supervisor was even MORE condescending towards me. He was a tall white young gentleman who always kept gas lighting me saying "Are you sure that's what happened?". Thank god my usual Costco location is the Danville location who runs a tight ship.

Beat deals if u want to buy in bulk. And also don't forget to buy a pizza or a chicken bake on your way out. It's well worth the low price.
