Their Quality and Performance is degrading more and more each year.My company has been a proponent and evangelist for Corsair products. Recently that ended with a few products having issues but the one I have now really just ended our choice to use Corsair products moving forwards as it incurred losses. It may seem trivial to others but to our little company it means everything. Here is the story. We ordered an AIO - CORSAIR iCUE Link H150i RGB Liquid CPU Cooler - 360mm. Have ordered these before and other than a noisy pump they were fairly ok, did their job. The changes to cabling for Icue Link made these worse not better of a solution however. The opposite of what Corsair intended. Cables were to short. Poor quality. Etc. But what caused the issue on this occasion is that the USB headers, tested working, could not communicate with the Controller. So the AIO performance and RGB could not be controlled. The Pump, Fans, and Hub do not show up in Icue or in Device Manager. Also at differing brightness levels the lights make a 'buzzing sound'. sigh. Lastly when testing the H150i I am still seeing temperatures around 86-88C under load. Way to hot. Should be 5-10C lower. So basically the list goes on and on. Corsair=FAILURE.Apparently this company does not test parts before they leave the factory worth a darn so here I am, 2hours of system build and wiring into it and this thing does not work. So now I have to tell my client we will not deliver on time, greatly disappointing my customer. And this was already delayed by having to return a Corsair Case that likely Amazon damaged in shipping!!I had another system with the exact same cooler so I tested its controller. Confirmed that their JUNK ICUE CONTROLLER was the problem. Also that same cooler ran 10C cooler in same conditions/settings without any rhyme or reason. So now I have to wait 2 more days for a replacement, remove the existing one, pack it all up, and go return it to post office. I also have to again spend 1-2 hours installing the replacement and re-cabling the system. The loss of labor for my company is about $250. Same approximate value as the part in question, and the profit margin for my system sale. Meaning, Corsair just made me lose money and cost me 3-4hrs extra time. So while a replacement will, if working, resolve the issue, it will not recover my losses of time and expense. So for that reason alone, I will not be choosing Corsair moving forwards. You do not get to waste my time without consequence and I expect nothing from a company with such a bad customer service record anyhow. So congratulations to NZXT or whomever gets my business moving forwards.Corsair executives will not understand these kinds of issues until after its to late and their Board Members start wondering about why sales are down. Like with all big companies, that 'middle management' gatekeeper class really can soil a company quality without management being aware for many years. For my part I will talk to all my technician friends and let them know to be wary of Corsair, that the Corsair controllers and cables are no longer good enough quality to be relied upon sadly, that they are noisy pumps, buzzing lights, etc.Id also add that all the screws and small parts were loose all over the inside of the box rattling around and stuck to the wrapped AIO magnetically. One of the little bags ripped open. So maybe rough shipping? This was however a factory sealed box not an open box item. So, just another indicator that the people on the ground at factory, or somewhere along the line are either not paid to care, not competent, or not committed enough to their roles, or the executives are failing at quality control. Whatever leads to me being unhappy for stated reasons is harming their brand. Either way, they lost me. My time is not free. A company can only disappointment me and cost me time and money so many times before I lose all confidence. It took years but we are here now Corsair.Hopefully reading this helps someone.Corsair you are free to reach out to me directly.

Believe me, avoid doing business with them at all costs.I placed an order and tried to cancel it within minutes. I was unable to do so. I went to read the FAQ, and saw that by creating an account, using the same address with which I placed my order, I could cancel my order. I tried to create my account, everything was fine, but I was never able to complete it, because I wasn't receiving my verification code. I tried several times, but nothing happened.I tried to create an account with another email address: surprise, it worked the first time!Unable to cancel, I created a "ticket". As soon as the office opened, I chatted to cancel my order. I was told it was impossible because a ticket had been created! That the order could not be cancelled for me by chat.So I called them myself, asking for cancellation: again impossible, they'd get back to me in due course (when they felt like it), by e-mail, to "help" me with my situation...So I went back to the chat, this time to ask them to help me complete the creation of my account, by sending me a verification code. Again: "sorry, we can't help you"... I just wanted to create my account. But no, impossible. In short, NO help. No one to speak to directly to SIMPLY cancel my order...I confirm: I BOYCOTT Corsair FOR LIFE. Company to flee from!!!!

Possible issues with the product, customer service, and RMA.Fyi CORSAIR. Slap a disclaimer about ddr5 needing a long way to go before it's stable at your advertised speeds.

Customer service is total trash. Some people use their PC's for work and cant wait a week for assistance with the products. I dont do business with companies that dont care about customer service. Now what I have to do, is buy a new part on amazon and swap out the broken one and return it and say i dont need it. Thanks Amazon for your awesome customer service!

This was about 2, maybe 3 years ago, but I figured I would finally write this review. Always went with Corsair for their power supplies until I got a bad one. Took them when over 5 months to get a replacement, being during the covid part shortage, I understood that it may be a while. Which sucked because I was without my desktop the entire time. I then found out their replacement was also defective, being that it fried any board I plugged it into. Instead of waiting for the whole thing to start over again and take up to a year in total, I pulled an older power supply from a different desktop. I'm sorry to say that I never got my money back on the old power supply and still have the defective power supply.

Hands down, the absolute customer support to ever exist. No phone lines are open and have to use chat. Chat people can't provide technical support for broken products so I have to use an email thread. The email thread jokers never respond, so I have to go babysit them in the online chat to get any action going. Now, here I am 3 weeks into a support request for a product that broke less than 30 days after purchase. What a waste of time, a complete joke. Lord knows when this will end.

I’ve tried to buy a 7000 system from you two times over the last couple weeks. Only to have my ordered cancelled.Nothing is incorrect on my credit card, i have tried to reach out to customer service. They tell you to try place the order again. I did and guess what cancelled again. It’s kind of funny how you guys won’t even try to reach out to a client before cancelling a 7k order not once but twice. I need to be in your business.I mean this is your level of service before the purchase ?Will try to reach out to your customer service, take time out of my day one more time before I go with another brand. Seriously how d*** is this process with Corsair.

I used to be a "fan" of Corsair but after my latest build , Ill never use them again. The Icue controller is so thick and poorly laid out that I have no where to hide it?You sell me a white cooler and fans yet all the wiring is black?Icue is a mess.My DDR5 memory is unstable as hell.I get 5 to 20 restarts brfore actually getting to the OS.Maybe stop focusing on coloured lights amd focus on quality stable products.

How does anyone get any help at this company? It's the 10th of January, a Tuesday at 11am EST. It's during their posted business hours. I get a "No agents are available" message on their customer service number. I am told to leave a message and the system promptly hangs up on me. I thought that was a glitch and tried again, same bs. They have no email I can write to. There is no fax number. There is evidently chat option with no ability to get to it. Their website refers you back to the same number that hangs up on you. I cannot believe a company so large has such terrible lack of customer service. I'll just return this product and never use them again. What a waste of time buying their product turned out to be.

Totally amazing place to work and the products are evolving so quickly to change the game with people's online lives whether it be gaming or hybrid working. I have never had any major problems with any of their products although maybe the software could be a bit more intuitive, but I think this is because of the rapid development. This company works too. Very nice building to work from as well

Will not purchase from this company ever again as they promote rebates that they will never payout. Mismanaged and poor service seems to be their motto.

Bought a pair of HS80 RGB headsets recently and my dog completely chewed through the dongle where I could totally see the PCB underneath. Lol I thought the headset was not going to work but I was wrong!! The dongle lights up after plugging in and works perfectly fine!! I was impressed.
