Nice gym. Good equipments. But they definitely need more low row equipments. Not sure why they removed the previous ones. Now they just have one low row equipment and it’s always occupied and doesn’t matter whether you come early morning mid afternoon late evening during weekday or weekend. Plus people are just on the phone and I just wish they are more considerate. This is the only disappointing thing in the gym but still a significant one..Update: my request to management please get more low row machines. It’s always occupied. I came in middle of work week and it’s still occupied.

Gym is generally well equipped and the staff have been nice. It's a convenient location for me and I like working out here.That said, my main beef with this location is the men's sauna is nasty. I've been going to many City Sports Club locations in the Bay Area over the last year and this one is always the most dirty and gross. There's always garbage on the floor so I don't think it's cleaned regularly. The floor tiles are broken and disgusting; they really ought to be thrown away and replaced. All of this is extremely risky because it can lead to mold and other harmful fungus. I don't know if there's any in the sauna right now but I wouldn't be surprised!Please do a deep clean and refresh of the sauna!

There is an employee who is very rude and of Asian origin. They treated the trainee not well. I went today and put the scans on and then I went back to the car because I forgot something and the rude young man told me to close again. I told him a minute ago I put the scans on and he told me I didn’t remember you. This is not good treatment and I am very upset about this. Rude person

I have been a new member here for about 2 months now .The staff is friendly helpful & professional .The facility is super clean they are cleaning all day long everytime I go at all diff times .The showers do get a lot of hair on the ground at the drains when they are busier but it's not a big deal .The other members I swim with are pleasant and friendly .

Don’t waste your money here, especially if you have to training at night, really dirty, not enough equipment and they are always broke and they take forever to fix.

Really bad gym, super dirty, equipment always broke or missing, people don’t organize the weights, there’s dumbbell everywhere on the floor, nobody put it back on the the manager don’t even care.

Good Facilities for gyms generally clean membership fees reasonable . Employees are very helpful

Their treadmill's are always broken, half of their weight machines don't work properly and even though I see an occasional sign on a machine here and there that they are due to be fixed....nothing ever seems to happen. I've seen the same treadmills broken for the past few years, with nothing done about them. Oh, and most of the time the sinks in the bathroom don't work. It's really frustrating. I've been a member since they opened many many years ago, and I've stayed a member purely for the convenience of how close they are to me...however at this point in time I'm going to start looking around for another gym.... They charge too much for having to deal with broken machines constantly! I'm going to add some pictures on my next visit to add some context.
