Bank employees are very unprofessional and disrespectful , they’re not following the regulation of the line to help customers by turn. Unfortunately, I experienced this and reminded the bank employee to follow line regulations.

Actual joke of a branch. Called them at 2 pm and no one answered. Called multiple times, called the advisors number that I’m supposed to meet with no response. The people there are unhelpful, late to appointments, actual joke of a bank branch

I worked with someone who is quite helpful, prompt, and friendly. I needed to get some yen for my trip to Japan and it was a very speedy smooth process.
