I opened my account with Sze Kwok in this office, she was born in Hong Kong, went thru English schools in Hong Kong, speaks perfect English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese. She helped me transfer my account from another brokerage and always answered my phone calls or emails within a few hours. She is nice, pleasant, and knowledgable, now I have more than a million in my account and I am planning to consolidate my other accounts here as well.

I am so impressed with the helpful, friendly and knowledgeable personnel at this office, particularly Mr. Paul Harrison, whom I've had the pleasure of dealing with over the years. Although the amount of money invested has been small, Mr. Harrison has always treated me like a million dollar customer!

Put your money elsewhere! They took our money and then froze it because they made a mistake. We have to visit their office to correct their mistake.

Worse service. Schwab is a major provider for me. Called to add even more funds. Same receptionist says notary on break, call back. Later when I call back, she admits notary gone. Call back next week, for appointment. Amazed they are tuning down an account for a client that has over 1,500,000.

Good and friendly service. I went to deposit a check and was informed about the timelines of when the funds will be deposited and stuff in a clear way. The location was not crowded. They offered a good selection of welcome beverages. Their ambiance is really nice with well decorated with a central TV, orchids etc. The orchid looked so good that I even bothered to ask them about how they maintain that. :)

Great service from staff here. If you need to deposit checks, the counter staff are fast. There is an area to sit & watch the news. They provide complimentary self serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water & sodas. You can also use 2 computers to check your Schwab account.

We've been using Charles Schwab for years. Both this branch and their national phone operations staff are extremely friendly, cooperative and knowledgable. They don't try to sell me stuff. They help me with many things, and I always get quick service. If you need to deposit checks, the counter staff are fast. There is an area to sit & watch the news.
