A very close friend of mine had referred me as I have had numerous bad experiences at various other practices. For the first time in a long time, I finally experienced exceptional service provided by CCCMA. The medical staff showed tremendous care and compassion towards my needs and their expertise definitely showed. CCCMA has definitely exceeded any expectations that I had. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anybody that needs medical care and help.

Always an issue when trying to reach out to the clinic, never answers the phone call even though front desk is full of staff. During my visit front front desk employee was on his cellphone while patients are in the waiting room, very unprofessional environment with attitude employees(not physicians). System is very old so hard to send a message to your provider since no EPIC system.

I've been a long-term patient at CCCMA, and I can honestly state that all of the doctors here are exceptional. As you all know, it is difficult to locate a trustworthy doctor. I don't feel helped, I feel disrespected when I come here!!!My Doctor is perfect.But the 3 ladies at the counter are horrible.They laugh at me when I don't understand what they said. I speaking English not well and I feel like they look down on me ?.I signed up for me and my dad at the same time, but my dad have to wait more than 1 hours because they missed call his name, I came and asked them and they answered me with their angry face ? i dont understand why they can sit there with that attitude?

Richa Singh is thoroughly unprofessional and lack basic courtesy and basic manners while dealing with patientsNever in my lifetime I have heard a doctor say to my face that "let's get it over fast because there are patients waiting"I was smirking behind my mask while she was interrogating me and asking counter questions to me on how I know the informationShe doesn't do an small fraction of research before talking to her patientsShe has zero concern or care towards the patientAnd she feels her job is to answer few questions asked by patientShe was unnecessarily rude and behaves as if people are questioning her credibilityI dread seeing her ever again in my lifeFirst rate horrible experience

This place is the slowest place ever. Be prepared to wait long time for your appointment. I had an appointment at 10:30am and still haven't been called yet at 11:20am. I even been here before when no one was here and still had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. Whats the point on having an appointment!? Also, calling to get through is ridiculous! No one ever picks up. Then your directed to leave a message for your doctor and no one ever calls back or even checks the voicemails, I called everyday for a week straight never got through and couldn't leave a message because the voicemail was full! This is the worst doctor's office I ever been to, so unprofessional and horrible patient care.

Calling in for appointments is most difficult. You are routed to many places only to end up recording your message. Turnaround takes days, sometimes no call back. Very poor telephone system.

This place is a S*** SHOW. They refer you to doctors outside of your insurance plan, they scheduled 2 of us for ONE APPOINTMENT, if you leave a message they don't call you back, getting through to an actual person on the phone is impossible, and they allow patients (you know, sick people) to NOT wear masks. I'm not talking under the nose, I'm talking NO MASK AT ALL, and there is a county mandate that masks must be worn in medical offices.

Their Fremont facility, worst ever medical facility ever seen. Phone call always redirect or less message that is never replied. some doctor is extremely rude and careless. my neighbor four kids are scare of going to see that doctor.

I strongly feel I would be doing the general public a disservice if I did not yelp my experience today, August 18th, with a specific worker inside suite 201 in the testing center. Though not in full detail because I was so angry at the time,, I did complain to the Office Manager, Lydia, on the 3rd floor about the unprofessional service given to me by this woman working in suite 201 who administered my breathing test. I have this woman's name, and I'm guessing she's a technician. Well, whatever her title is, I don't understand how she can be stably employed and given important medical-related testing responsibilities. Seriously. But Lydia was great and sincere, apologized on behalf of California Cardiovascular. I appreciated her. But firstly, I want to share what happened to me today. From the start, there was no pleasantness at all in the way this lady greeted me after the folks in the front office checked me in. She just ushered me into a same small room with a man nearby lying nearly half robed on a bed. He was connected to a very loud machine that looked as though it was continously performing a jump starting procedure on his entire body in an automated electronic fashion. This was personal for me in ways you could imagine, this sight, and made me extremely uncomfortable, seeing this poor man in such a vulnerable state; and I informed the lady of my uneasiness. But she didn't care. No regards to my feelings, nor, more importantly, to this man lying there with no privacy whatsoever. No words of comfort, just told me straightly I needed to be in this same room as the man. Wow. But looking back, in hindsight, it would have been fine if she was courteous in explaining things to me instead of just acting as though she disliked her job and didn't care about how I felt. So, I'm now near this half robed man and I'm hooked to a machine with a plastic tube up my nose and she's just there, you know, just there looking blankly without even saying anything to ease my look of fear and uneasiness. About 5 minutes into completing this breathing test, she decides it was the perfect time to make a personal phone call on her pink cell phone. When the machine stops, it's a good 3 minutes or so when she finally looks at me, a look of bothered by me being there, and tells me, while still on her phone, to take off the nose tube myself and just "drop it on the floor"-- the plastic nose tube. Wow, so much for the integrity of keeping a testing center clean. Honestly, I found her to be such an embarrassment to California Cardiovascular within the testing center. My doctor and all his staff and nurses at California Cardiovascular are so awesome, that's why I'm giving them an extra star. Lydia was also great. But the horrific experience i went through today in the hands of someone who's supposed to provide professionalism and comfort to all patients prompts me to give a low rating as an overall score.

This clinic needs to improve their patient assistance service. Try calling them and your call gets re directed for long waiting time. Frustrating if you needed urgent matters with your doctor.
