BEWARE!! Do NOT service YOUR vehicles at this location no matter what. If I could give a zero review I would. I used to take my vehicle to the dealership for service and pay more because the service and team were always outstanding. I mean what I say, I went to the dealership for service for years until one day my spouse convinced me to start going to this shop. In the past we never had any problems until Jose Martinez took over the location as manager. Jose is rude, dismissive and a bully. He will lie, manipulate and bully you to accept being overcharged by $431 for labor and more. He didn’t care that my car was in there shop for 6 MONTHS. If you show any frustration he will manipulate and tease you about a refund then take your money back and bully you because we disputed a partial credit to the overcharge. Jose is confused and needs guidance because the way he speaks he will “try” to demean you and speak to you like you are one of his relatives, when in reality we are strangers, a customers. Remember this, YOU the customer work hard in Silicon Valley, please go to a place where you will be valued as a customer. You have options. Cheaper isn’t always best. You get what you pay for. When it came down to working with the insurance provider to get our refund they flagged and agreed that Big Discount Tire Pros overcharged, they also experienced the same attitude from Jose. Of course Jose lied to us saying that he was never rude to our State Farm rep. Well in time he showed us that he is rude, unprofessional and made excuses with an entitled behavior that he has a right to be jerk. He tried to display that we were beneath him but little does he realize no one has to entrust their personal property (cars) to him or his team. The former managers that were working there would never treat their customers like trash but I guess the owner can afford losing customers through his incompetent manager named Jose Martinez. No one should have the right to take YOUR hard earned money and tell you to tolerate the rude bully behavior like this guy. If your car experiences theft please LISTEN and go where your insurance provider tells you to go for auto repairs, don’t trust this place even if you have gone there for years. Don’t trust them saying “oh come here we can help you”. Jose needs to take management skills and learn how to treat other human beings. Trust and believe as a customer you have a right to go where you are welcomed and respected and it is not here. Use wisdom and beware!!

I just got a quote from them online then called in to see if I can just come in or if I need to make an appointment or something the guy said no I can just come in. I show up and first thing they say is that's not a quote even though it has quote on it in two different places and that they don't have the tire now and they'll have to get it shipped in. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time when I could have been told that when I called. Next time I'll just go with Costco.

Called in to make sure I can get an appointment. 12/15 whoever is working the desk was very incompetent. Wasted my time. Made no efforts to make any sales or give good customer service. This is how you’ll lose thousands in revenue is because of people like Pedro.

Best auto shop in Fremont. Anytime I have a problem with my car I take it here. They can fix anything and it's always great service. I tell all my friends and family to go here as well. Thanks for all the help! I appreciate you guys.

This review is long overdue because these guys are AMAZING! Over a year ago I hit a large and low curb, killing one of my front tires. One of the administrators from the front office of the school I had just finished subbing at, came to my rescue and immediately took me across the street to Big Discount Tire Pros. it was also shortly before they were closing for the day. not only did they have the tires that I needed in stock, but they also checked the area underneath my vehicle to make sure I had done any other damage to my car. The incident did thrown off my alignment a bit but they were very honest in telling me and that while they could do one for me, it wasn't something that required my immediate attention and to come back when/if I felt it needed to be done.Fast forward to this past week. I had somehow wound up with a very large bolt in one of my front tires and my Dad, who usually helps me figure out what needs to be done immediately and where to go for them, was doing his best to help while also preparing for unexpected chemo treatments that had been scheduled for him. I was fairly certain that I needed and also wanted four matching tires to be put on my car at this time and he wanted to take me to Costco for them to do the job. I don't have a Costco membership, but quickly realized that he was in no position to be helping me out. So, I made a quick decision and ordered the four tires I wanted for my car, online from Walmart, who would receive and install them. The night before that appointment, I realized that Walmart may not do alignments and that putting the new tires on my vehicle without one was a really bad idea. I also wasn't feeling really comfortable having Walmart do any work on my vehicle since I hadn't use them before I didn't know what type of work they did. After looking online, I found that in fact, Walmart did not do alignments. I made a few frantic last minute calls, to tire shops in the area, looking for one that could mount and balance the tires I'd purchased, as well as squeeze in my very delayed and over due alignment.I left a message at Big Discount Tire Pros while picking up my tires and calling a few other tire shops. Jose called me back as soon as he was available (which didn't take long) and told me they could absolutely do the work before closing for the day. I was thrilled when approaching the address because I realized it was the same great place I had used way back when I had popped the previously mentioned front tire after driving onto the low curb.I'll just end this review by saying they did a fantastic job aligning my car, after installing my four new tires in under an hour and a half, even though I didn't have an appointment or purchase my tires through them. Their pricing has been more than reasonable both times that I went there and I appreciate their honesty and patience in answering my questions. even though I know a little bit about cars and I've been around them my whole life it was nice to go to a place where I can comfortably recommend everyone, including female ones who may not know much about cars and don't want to be taken advantage of.

I called made an appointment. I dropped it off on time. got it back right away. had 2 tires and an alignment done on my daughters car. great value. service writer was very professional and did a great job. recommend these guys to everyone.

Recently, I visited Big Discount Tire Pros to purchase new tires for my car, and I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service and affordable prices. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the best tires for my vehicle. Not only that, but the prices were extremely competitive compared to other tire stores in the area. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Big Discount Tire Pros and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of new tires for their vehicle.
