Selma Michael, who came to my door this morning and yell at a pregnant woman without knowing the whole story. She is so rude and judgmental. She sold a townhouse recently and the owner renovated without the courtesy to notice me as we shared a wall. The demolition noise is beyond limits, scared my 2 year old screaming from nap and all the paintings hang on the wall fall down and whole house trembling. So I find the owner 2 weeks ago and negotiate the working time. We make an agreement and good communication. I move my kid's room to another side, and send him to nap in my relative's house. Neigber can remodel as they want. We figured things out even it's inconvenient for me and gives me lots of trouble, but remodel is a pain for everyone. But today she came to my door, use the most selfish and cruel tone to judge me, she said she is a mum, I should teach my kids to learn this is the noisy world and when we move in, we make noise too, we can't negotiate time. As a mom, she has no sympathetic and as a agent, she is unprofessional about city remodel regulations. After she left, I text the owner, he said he didn't talk to Selma about his project and never ask her to come on his behalf. He blamed Selma to earn him neibor's hates and make things more complicated. We couldn't believe this kind of agent can really help anyone.

Selma was very helpful through out the buying process. She was very responsive and kept an open line of communication with the selling agent during the counter bids. She went up and beyond while reviewing the property details and helping us getting it inspected and also during moving in. Selma was very professional thorough-out the entire process keeping us informed and following up with the bank and also with property tax information even after a year following the purchase. Would definitely recommend Selma as a realtor for you buying and selling needs

When our 2 sons were four and one years old, we decided it was time to move out of our 1,100 sq ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath house and purchase a larger one. My husband and I had been going to about a dozen open homes searching for a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. All the Realtors were the same. They greet you, see if you have any questions and give you a flyer. We came across Selma Michael of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate at one of her open houses. We were not interested in the home because it had a pool and our children were younger at the time. Selma quickly presented me a whole list of other homes that were available in the Fremont area. The list she gave us were listing by other agents besides her own in the area. I was immediately impressed with her customer service. She was the most helpful agent my husband and I had come across after viewing a bunch of open homes. We hired Selma Michael to sell our home and help us purchase our new home. Throughout the whole process, Selma was helpful, accessible, friendly, flexible, and goes above and beyond what she is required to do. When our home was in escrow, we needed to have some items repaired and Selma offered to wait for the handyman to show up, just so my husband and I didn't have to take time off work. Selma is special and patient and will look after your best interest.
