Needed a couple diplomas/certificates framed. Mario did a great job from helping to pick the right design (frame shape and matte color) to the final product. Great craftsmanship done exactly when promised.

Our go to shop! The customer service here is amazing. He has a great selection to choose from and truly does an impeccable job. In the past I have tried some big box places such as Michael's and their selection is minimal compared to Bay Frames and they don't offer most of the custom touches he does.
