The apoitment was created 3 weeks ago, when I arrived at the office I waited for an hour, none of the specialists came to me, at the checkout they told me you need to wait a little longer. Wasted my time, this is not a serious and very negligent bank. I do not recommend it to you or your family.

Least helpful staff. They claim they are all busy and understaffed. Need to go to them a few times over few days to get a simple help such as wiring funds out. BoFA management needs to look into this branch seriously.

One star is over rating. Twice I have been robbed at the ATM. This time I was also assaulted. If it had been a human they'd be in jail. Since it was the ATM there is no recourse. One hour in line inside, they could only give me a phone number to call. The location/branch bares NO responsibility! Another hour on the phone and "there will be an investigation". That branch knows they're coming out as over when they do the accounting on their ATM's but they've done nothing to repair them. If this happens to you make a police report and report to banking commission. This needs to stop, NOW!

The only thing they can help with is transferring money from outside to BofA. Once the money is in their pocket, your are on your own. You got a problem? Troubleshoot it yourself, because they don’t have access.

If you don't value you're time then go here. Typical wait to see a teller, average wait is 30 minutes. Only 1 teller working at any given time. I noticed all the branches do this for some VERY AGGRAVATING REASON. I GET LIVID every time I have to deal with them. They deserve 0 stars. Lines sometimes are out the door.

The efficiency of this bank is very low. I first accepted my plan, let you wait for an hour to solve the customers who have already made an appointment, and then tell you to go and come back tomorrow.

I was at the bank a couple of minutes before 5pm when they close and they had already locked the door. The lady at the front saw me and purposely walked away. What a bad customer service!'
