The branch is unhelpful, lack of professionalism, especially the branch manager. Came to this branch at least 5 times, each time takes more than 1 hours waiting. At the end of day, cannot resolve my issue, cause thousands of dollars lost. Folks do not come to this branch if you could.

If you want a bank that has the longest queues, rudest staff and most non-caring people, this is the bank for you. Possibly the most polite person in the bank is the security guard…bank of America should seriously think about running this branch
