They wanted to charge me 8 dollars to cash a check from them, because I don't have an account with Bank of America and they didn't even offer me the option to make an account or anything like that, terrible service.

I recently visited the BofA Financial Centre to open a new account, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The staff especially Joyce Lin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She guided us through the account opening process seamlessly, explaining all the options clearly and patiently answering all my questions.

This is the 2nd bank I go today and they have no banker available. I think this is a bank of America thing, if you can't afford to hire bankers why you even have branches? what a waste of time. Such poor service.

Had the best experience with Emma and Tarun from Bank of America on Grimmer Blvd in Fremont. After learning we had to wait for an hour to close an account at another BOA branch in Fremont, we came to this location instead. Emma and Tarun were friendly and able to help us quickly with what we needed in 5 minutes! Thank you, Emma and Tarun, for your wonderful service and help. You did a great job representing BOA!

Today, I visited Bank of America due to an issue where my newly applied Alaska credit card wasn't showing up in my account or app, preventing me from activating it. I decided to visit the branch right when they opened at 10 am, despite not having an appointment. To my delight, Emma welcomed me and offered her assistance immediately. Her professionalism and welcoming demeanor were immediately apparent, making me feel at ease.Emma quickly diagnosed the issue, discovering that I had somehow ended up with two profiles in their system. With her help, we successfully merged these profiles, and to my relief, my new Alaska credit card finally appeared in my app. Thanks to Emma, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a positive one. Her expertise and warm approach to customer service are commendable.I highly recommend visiting this branch for any banking needs, especially if you appreciate personal and professional service. Kudos to Emma and the Bank of America team for making my day!
