If you want to save your money and feel not ripped off! Do not go to this service center! I have time and again felt being ripped off! OMG! Every time i have faith in their promise on phone and go there and end up paying 3X of it for some bullshit where they scare the shit out of you saying things like if you are on a curve and exiting and you skid etc etc. Unbelievable experience. They have tons of customers who don't say a word and they don't care!

Find your cars elsewhere!All they care about is their commission!!Don't fall for it! I asked to trade in for a used car and was consistently getting pushed into a new car when I've said multiple times I cannot afford a 2024 new car.I didn't even get to walk around the lot and look at cars, and I was getting pushed into buying cars I didn't like, want or get to even look at. He continued to lie about things, tell me they are offering me the best offer for my car when clearly they gave me the worse experience and deals. Then when I started to walk out, he starts giving me prices of lower value but no thank you, I will continue my car shopping elsewhere. Thank god I had other car deals lined up. This place is not worth going to and dealing with.

Sammy the salesman straight up lied and told us the used car we were interested in had a 100,000 mile certified preowned warranty. When it came to discussing financing and warranties, Alex told us that this was not the case. When they take you in the back to see Alex or whoever is doing the financing, expect to get shafted. They will offer overpriced extended warranty plans and they will not take no for an answer. Expect extreme pressure. He even said that according to JD Power, Honda is not reliable and you should buy an extended warranty. Pandemic is over. Lots of new and used cars out there. Go somewhere else.

Bought my Honda here . Needed a new car asap. Put 5k down. Was told if I put another chunk down soon I'd be able to get the monthly payment down significantly. I put 10k down on the total a few months later. I was then told that no the monthly payment would not come down. Capital one told me the salesman lied. Also I was told that I would receive free oil changes for the life of the car since I bought it there. I found out today this was also a lie. So if you're in a pinch I'd suggest not going here . Sales people will tell you anything to get that car off the lot . I heard the same issues from other customers. The service department people are nice but for the prices they charge you can just go to a local mechanic and save a lot. I will never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from here .

I am writing to let you know about my dissatisfaction with the glass TINT film on the tailgate of my CR-V purchased from you. I have purchased the extended service at that time. The film started to wrinkle two years after I purchased the car, and it is now very unsightly. I have called your repair department at least five times in the past, but I have not received a response. I have read all the reviews, and I am concerned about the quality of your Maintenance department.I want to request that you replace the glass TINT film on my car. I will bring the car to your service center for repair.

More specifically regarding the Afghan guy. He sold me a car saying he had the same one and it looked really nice but didn't know about a feature that I had to point out to him. I would not trust this place, including all the salesmen and manager.

We were out car shopping and had an idea what we wanted ended up here. We were blessed to have Dakila Deguzman as our sales person. He gave us a thorough breakdown of all the great inclusions for the 2024 Pilot Touring. We loved it!!! No stress, no pressure!! Thank you DakilaAlso, thank you to Michael Costa in the parts department, who showed great customer service showing us accessories we wanted for our new ride! We felt so blessed through the entire process.

I have worked with Nathan Duong multiple times for service related to my Honda Clarity. He has always been SUPER helpful, patient, and professional. Recently the air conditioning in my Clarity stopped working. Nathan received my vehicle, gave me regular updates, and the issue was resolved by the next day. Mike's response blew me away!! I called Honda Friday, talked to V (Vansh Bhardwaj). He was calm, empathetic, listened attentively. Since I had the very good fortune meeting an extremely friendly, honest and down-to-earth guy, who happens to be the "Big Boss" Mike, on Thursday, asking V if he could relate my situation to him. V kept his promise and called me back in 10 minutes with incredible news! Mike will take care the battery for FREE!!!!!!While I am on the phone trying to reach AAA, V called again. He is coming to my house to personally jumpstart my car, no need to call and wait for road service. I thought to myself, hey, it's Friday, July 21st, not my birthday, not Christmas, not July 4th, how come I see and hear fire works everywhere!!! This is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Who is this guy? Mike? Got so much integrity?? While waiting, heard from other advisers that the reason Mike could be promoted to be the "big boss" was exactly his integrity. Bravo Honda!A big THANK YOU to V, he took care every little details beyond my expectations.

I bought a used car from them just a few weeks ago & I called about getting a few small things fixed that I found after driving it just 2 days, the phone rep told me I could come in without an appt & they'll take care of them in a few minutes. He didn't ask what year my car was but it turned out it wasn't covered for anything due to its age. When I got there & told the rep at the counter what was wrong, he took care of the issues without any question. I appreciated the accommodation since they weren't obligated. They just know good customer service and their reputation is important obviously. I'm more trusting now of the AutoNation group from my whole experience. Nathan, the service rep at the dealer with whom I dealt, was very courteous, even answering extra questions I had about my car as it was new to me. Today ended up being a good day thanks to AutoNation Honda Fremont!
