“I had a bad experience at one Wells Fargo (I won't name it) and really thought about dropping the bank completely but then I found this location and it's been my #1 for over 10 years. What makes them great? 1) Everyone has a great attitude AND they are professional. The employees don't avoid customers if it's busy. They always greet and tell you if they can or can't meet with you yet. 2) I know it's best to set an appointment but the times I didn't (sorry!) I've never been shooed away and the employees have never been rude about it. For wire transfers they have always been able to accommodate me after a short wait. 3) Their service is consistent. I've been here a lot and there's never a 'bad' day. I know I can count on their service even if my issue isn't resolved same day. My family and I have had major life events happen where we leaned on this branch: purchases/sale of homes, opening our kid's first account, and now death of a family member. Some things were quick and some were a process but it's always been a pleasure dealing with this branch during these benchmark moments in our lives. Now that we live in the valley, I still make the 1+ drive here because I don't want to deal with any potential headaches and I trust their service. Good job Warm Springs branch! I hope your team gets the recognition it deserves.”

“Teresa the Teller at this branch is such a Beautiful and wonderful human being she greeted us so nicely and unfortunately due to my health condition I didn’t make an appointment but she took care of that . And got us an appointment right away . There is a Indian girl on the cash counter too she moved me away last time by saying make an appointment and then come I’ve a severe back pain and herniated disc still she didn’t care where Teresa is such a humble person hope she gets to train more people like herself . “I don’t understand the negative reviews; I had a wonderful experience here! I’m guessing the branch had a massive revamp in the last year or so.

Regardless, when I went in, the bank was was very clean, quiet, modern and spacious. The lines were short, and the bankers behind the counter were so helpful and kind (including the one I spoke to over the phone before coming in, I believe her name was Karen)

Big shoutout to Joyce Loh who patiently helped me with recovering an old account. She was so professional yet friendly and warm, and absolutely made my day. Please give Joyce the next big raise / promotion, she was an absolute delight!! ☺️ I never thought I could have a pleasant experience at a bank lol!

Also, it seems like most of the staff can speak Chinese, so big plus if you’re a Mandarin or Cantonese speaker!”

“Perfectly functional and typical Bank of America ATM. One point of note, is that this ATM is located inside the Lucky's grocery store so it is restricted by the hours of the store itself. Other than that the only other comment is to note that the ATM is tucked away in a little corner at the West end of the store. There's actually two Bank of America ATMs there to choose from.”

“Never been to this branch but we were very impressed with the staff. No wait time and probably the nicest group we've ran into in a while. Stay pleasant ladies!”

“Plenty of parking. Clean establishment. They have two ATMs outside along with 2 atms in the inside. I came almost 30 mins to closing time and there was a long line with maybe 2-3 tellers. The teller that helped me was nice and helped me in a timely manner. They have stickers on the floor to remind people to social distance themselves with one another. Also have plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the bank. I normally don't go inside the banks but I needed some checks. I would def come back here if I'm in the area.”

“Wells Fargo, 40982 Fremont Blvd Fremont, CA 94538 I have had one of the most fabulous experiences in this branch. I had to do a wire transfer and was helped by Joseph Estabillo. Joseph is an EXPERT at banking and wire transfer. Not only is he polite and courteous, he is truly knowledgeable for one as young as him. I was confused with rates but he was always patient and efficient. I visited several times before deciding to use the Bank's service. It took Joseph ALL of 10 minutes to have the money transferred. GIVE HIM A RAISE. In these awful trying times one must hold on to good people. Give him a raise or someone will steal him from you specially after this review. A++++++++++++++++++”

“This bank has a very dedicated staff member, Karen Cheng. I am very impressed with her customer service in helping me open 2 CD accounts and a savings account. She is a valuable asset to this branch and U.S bank is lucky to have a banker like her.
