Please note we do shipments using DHL, FEDEX,USPS but we do not accept prepaid DHL envelopes because we have to generate our own label so that we can get paid by DHL and we are not UPS access point so we can not accept prepaid UPS,AMAZON returns envelopes or shipments We accept FEDEX ground and Express for drop-offs. We also charge $5 if you choose us as a pickup up for your re-routed FEDEX package because FEDEX charges us a drop off fee for dropping any packages.
