Love stopping here for gas when going to my mom's.... but my girl tried to use the restroom and it's closed from 10pm-6am she almost went on herself 😞 other then this right here it's a great gas station they always have good windshield wiper soap and the thick napkins outside {I love them they are my favorite}.

I'd like to share a really positive experience I had it Arco today. Morena, the very nice cashier on duty today quickly alerted me that I had given her too much money when I originally paid for gas. She alerted me that I had overpaid, gave me back the money as well as my change, she went out of her way to be transparent and honest. Honest, hard-working people are hard to find these days so when you do run across and it's important to say thank you and express your appreciation. I'm glad Morena works at Arco and I'll be happy to keep going there as long as she's there too.

They charge more than the posted prices. When I mentioned it to the cashier, he said that there's nothing I could do about it. I asked for the manager and he said that he was the boss. Then, when I said I no longer wanted the items he told me it's too late and I had to leave. He was the shorter of the two guys that worked there. He has no business working at that store. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never go there and I will be filling a complaint to the corporate office.

Just tried to go to the restroom and it's closed. Apparently, it was closed 3 months ago. I had a long day and if I'm getting gas, I should be able to use the restroom. Not a good experience, some crazy people in the parking lot blasting their music and just hanging out!?? definitely didn't feel safe.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came here from San Francisco to get gas and return a rental car in Fremont. With it being 11pm, no restrooms in the area were open. The older gentleman behind the counter, a fellow Filipino, said he refused the restroom past a certain hour, even if I purchased a full tank of gas. I do not recommend this gas station

I visited the Arco gas station in Fremont and was extremely dissatisfied. A huge queue formed in the parking lot because only one cashier was working, while about five people were standing behind him. Another employee was just watching and made no attempts to open an additional cash desk. In such heat, when a lot of cars have accumulated, such an approach to work looks extremely ineffective and unprofessional. The staff should pay attention to their duties and improve the quality of service.
