Went there at 1230am. All I wanted to do was walk in and pick out some nice chilled water. Instead I realized you can’t go in, you can’t use card, and the guy who serves you seems perpetually angry.Drove to 7-11 and had no problem

It's a decent store... gas price is lower compared to the other nearby stores. Usually, I just make a quick trip for gas and bathroom.

Not open at 12:36am. an AMPM store is not open at 12:36am literally the start of am. EMS person sad now?. I needed coffee it’s my 16th hour. Older Indian dude inside jus waved me off after I asked for my usual Starbucks bottled latte. Working hard (I am) hardly working (him).

On November 25, 2020 I walked into ampm at approximately 3:50pm to purchase a Monster energy drink as this is the location my family and I normally come to when we are in need of gas or convenient store items for approximately 10+ years. As I walk in I wave hi to the staff member who was a male in what seemed his early 50s. When bringing my item to the register I witness the transaction before me. The employee does not change gloves and does not seem to use anything to sterilize his gloves either. He then reaches for my can drink to scan the product from the area where I'm suppose to put my mouth. It bothered me seeing this and so I mention it to him but he does not display any consideration and rather becomes confrontational. I move on to use the debit option to complete the purchase and afterwards I simply ask the staff member if I can use some sanitizer that he himself then was using on the exterior of his gloves so that I can stanitze my can-drink and hands but he clear out refuses in a direct and rude way. This is my own personal experience and the second encounter that I have witnessed this same employee treat a customer with very little regard in ways that are down right unacceptable. This first time I observed this staff members incompetent demeanor was when I walked in on a previous visit and noted him cursing a customer while using profane language as he then threw the change at that individual as the customer was exiting the door. This review is for the location on Fremont Blvd and Thornton Rd and I would appreciate for someone from the cooperate office to look into this matter and reach out to me regarding this dreadful experience. As for this employee his actions today implied that customers have little to no value and that a few drops of sanitizer are far more important saved than the well being of my elderly parents and I as humans beings who have been ongoing customers of AmPm for 30 years. What’s concerning is that this individual seems to display his own personal interest and emotions over anything else while representing the ampm brand.
