TERRIBLE ?? don’t even waste your time and gas going to this place. My driver came to this location last Friday 8/30/24 around 8:30AM to get his tire fixed for a single screw (not on the side wall or edge) after checking him in, it took almost three hours for them to check a single tire and not until my driver came to the employee and start telling them for taking that long, and right after he talked to the employee after 2 mins they came back to say the tire is not repairable and need to buy a brand new tire.
Again, 5/32 and mindle puncture cannot be repaired by this shop.

This tire store is frequently busy , and they give Great Customer Service. I brought 2 separate cars in for Service this week. Both times, Craig Thompson greeted me with a smile and professionalism. He is Knowledgeable , Kind , Patient , and helpful in making selections. Thank You Craig , and the rest of the Staff at America’s Tire in Fremont.

I got one tire replaced from them last month and found scratches on the right side of the rear bumper and tire center logo is missing on the rim. I am never going back to them. You guys need to train your staff to be serious at work. Looks like a bunch of college kids working there.

Always a pleasure buying tires from America's Tires in Fremont. First off, the customer area does not stink of rubber unlike the Union City facility where the air is so toxic, there's no way you can stay in there long enough to order services. Delivery time is as promised, almost exacting like a sea captain docking a boat ending a cruise. On rare occasions, they can get your car done fast, well ahead of given time estimates. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Tire installation and repairs are done well although I've lost a few air filler tube caps during visits where a tech forgets to replace them. Note that there's free tire air check. Just line up outside and a tech does it for you. Parking is a premium and on weekends, parking lot for the bank nextdoor is used as well by customers. Their automated text notification works great letting you know your car is done just in case you wonder off premise. Post email receipts and notification for tire rotation are very useful too. Through the years of using them, I've seen their receipt go from a wad of paper, to Palm size, to electronic. Their tire prices have remained reasonable also offering insurance optionally which I highly recommend. I've had a few tire issues where they simply installed a new tire replacement. Their computer system keeps track of all your cars, your tires, when they are purchased, service dates, and mileage. Just like your personal medical records but for your tires. Perfection. Btw, their restrooms are always nice and clean. There's one thing wrong though. They now have a sign directing customers where to line up and it doesn't make sense only creating confusion. It should say, appt here, walk-in here. Someone wasn't thinking when they printed the sign. Anyway, I highly recommend their products and services.

Took an appointment to get a nail removed from my tire. The tire wasnt leaking though. To my surprise, they fixed it in 20 mins, and absolutely no charge. It was professionally done. I would certainly visit here for my next tire purchase. Great job guys!

Bait and switch. Told me tire rotations are free, then wanted to charge me $88 when I showed up for the appt. Who knows what other shady things they’re doing.

Found a nail at the right rear tire. Brought the car in this Saturday morning. Issac is really friendly and professional helping to take a look at the tire. Luckily, it is repairable at NO COST. The tire is fixed and ready within an hour. The best service! Thanks Issac and the team. Will def come back for other service.

Don't waste your time getting there after 5 even though someone like Craig will say they will take care of you. Been a loyal customer of America's Tire for over 10 years and then this happens. Big disappointment. Don't tell customers we'll take care of you if you can't or won't. We would have made other arrangements! What a big waste of time!

This America’s Tire store does tire installation or tire repair works promptly. They often finish the job before promised time. After purchased tires here, you can have free flat tire repair or free replacing when not repairable.

Let me start by saying that salesperson "Brad" is an awesome individual! I went there this morning because I had a really bad tire on the front driver's side. When I got there he made me aware that the other tire was on it's way to the same condition and would soon need replacing. My tire was not only replaced but I got 2 tires instead for a great price! Another business wanted to charge me the same price for only 1 tire. Although I had a bit of a wait to the volume of customer's ahead which I was made aware of, it gave me the opportunity to have lunch, walk to the Fremont Hub, visit Target and as I returned, my vehicle was ready so the service and wait was so worth it. Brad was concerned about my safety and that my my day and now I feel safe driving my vehicle. I usually go to the Brokaw Rd location and they are great as well but I happen to be in the Fremont area currently and this was convenient. Thank you, Brad and America Tires for your wonderful service and I definitely look forward to coming again in the future.

Don’t waste your time at this location they are least interested to work. I bought my wheels and tires from stockton location little over a year ago amazing staff there. I came here on MAY-13-2024 for flat repair the woman denied that it won’t be safe to do it because it has cracks on side. I asked if she can get a 2nd opinion she went inside and came back and said yeah technician saying the same.He didn’t even looked at it. They don’t even have my tires in stock. Apparently my less than 2 year old tires have severe cracks .I went to Les schwab just few minutes away from them they fixed it for free $0 and I didn’t even bought my tires and wheels from them. Here is the after picture getting my tire repaired.
