Bummer. I reached out to Alek back in May 2023 for an E46 M3 SMG to Manual Conversion. We corresponded both through email and phone and I agreed to move forward with the quoted amount. Gave them my credit card over the phone and then, radio silence! Absolutely nothing. I followed up with multiple emails, voicemail, and still nothing. I'm seriously baffled by the lack of communication and unprofessionalism. With a plan of spending thousands of dollars at this shop and then to receive this type of treatment is seriously disappointing. I should've listen to my intuition when I first called the shop and it was a Google voice number. I echo same of comments that others mentioned. Be careful trusting this business. I understand things happen, but actions speak loud! No professional courtesy to acknowledge or respond to my several inquiries.

I needed to do a steering wheel swap, and I have some upcoming work for much more. What I can say: - Aleks is direct, fair, and extremely knowledgeable - He answered my (many) questions promptly - His prices are fair I've seen so many high end cars with Alekshop license plates, and now I know why they all come to him!

I love my cars and I feel at ease when my car is at Alekshop. I’ve had full brake service on my 997.1 911 turbo and collision work. He is accommodating and his work is exceptionally well executed. As an aside, Alek came highly recommended from a hypercar (think $2-3 million dollar cars) owner. Thank you Alekshop for taking care of me and my car. I wish you continued success and look forward to having my car under your care I’m the future.

If you read the previous review that you can tell the owner is so rude! The price is not fair and he argued with me with annoyed tone. It is been a long time since I visited the store and write the review. The short guy who works here claim himself owner was yell at me because I doubt his estimate. Aleks is the guy that does exactly what you ask on the car without trying to oversell you the extra thousands of dollars of parts you don't need. His work has been meticulous and his domain knowledge has made the car handle like a dream on the track (we are talking record setting pace)... Highly recommend for all Porsche GT owners in the bay - all the good work without the hype!

My car was stolen on Christmas and then recovered. I went to Alekshop for inspection. I asked for full inspection in advance detailed to suspension and brake and they agreed. But what they actually did was just OBD scan and visual inspection(only cosmetic)overall just 10min. Yet they charged it for $500. Honestly I could have done OBD scan myself at home. They told me car was fine but later on was found brake failure at the other shop. Tried to contact Alekshop but got no response from them. Really disappointed and please avoid.

I am Leyang Shen who wrote the other review earlier. It’s really annoying I can’t reply to owner’s reply that makes his word against mine and make him so true. You said you did full mechanical inspection. How did you really accomplish that if you hadn’t taken any wheels off? You simply assumed brakes and suspensions were ok as long as no warnings from the dash/OBD. Yes I drove it from SoCal and selected the inspection shop in Bay Area. This is exactly the same story I told my insurance company and I got their permission to do so. As far for the missing items, I don’t need to do fraud over a Tow hook and some wrench. I stated the fact what’s missing is missing during the car stolen, which is a part of the insurance coverage. No, you haven’t replied my message ever since I left the shop.

Aleks, Paul, and Kevin were great. Took my 911 for an alignment and corner balance. They were very thorough in explaining everything and answered all my questions. My car is now transformed and drives so much better now. Kudos!

The Alekshop crew were able to squeeze in my 991.2 exhaust install on short notice. Quality of work was great and they also took the time to resolve issues left behind by other shops. Will be back soon!

Brought a e92 m3 for PPi few years back. Paid the full cost for it and requested to keep the details to me only. Alex promised but still disclose to the seller. So why do I pay the full cost to begin with??

I brought my M3 to Alekshop to have their Rear and Front camera system installed with the Multimedia unit. Got the system installed, got the rearview camera, didn't get the front camera (didn't have available), and the multimedia unit can only be used as a rearview camera with F***** up angle! I questioned him on his advertisement per his website! He repeatedly kept saying this would only work as a backup camera, I said "Well, that is not what you are advertising!" Now he doesn't pick up my calls through Google connect, don't go to this shop, he will ripe you off. Save you your money, find another shop that will do a better job! I paid over 1K and didn't get what I wanted and it's just really bad service, they don't stand behind their product!
