I recently had my car repaired at Asco Motors, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I want to share my feedback to provide an honest account of the issues I encountered. Firstly, the repair quality was subpar. Despite the initial assurances, I noticed significant issues with the work done on my car. The repairs did not meet the expected standard that they had promised, and it left me disappointed with the overall outcome. Moreover, there was an evident overspray issue on my hood. This oversight not only affected the appearance of my vehicle but also raised concerns about the attention to detail during the repair process. It's disappointing when the basics of a quality repair, such as preventing overspray, are overlooked. It's unfair that my insurance paid for valuable work to be done on my vehicle yet it seems they took 75% of my insurance check to spend on themselves and the other 25% went to my car. Would not recommend anyone to visit this collision center.

I dropped in to make an appointment to get a minor fixed issue with my car. Someone came out from the office right away and I explained what I needed and they offered to fix my car right away and in less than an hour I was out with my car looking good again. Great customer service and fast service! I highly recommend this business!

I want to thank the entire team at ASCO Auto Body Shop, for their great attention and kindness, since we took our Nissan Murano very damaged, but there they received us with great kindness and professionalism, throughout the time the repair took. They They were in charge of doing the entire process directly with my insurance, in the end we received a great job and we are very happy to have our Nissan Murano SUV again, again many thanks to the entire professional team for their quality and good service. Shout out to vesh, harman, leo, josue, and jose for accomodating my business with them beyond office hours because i dont have time during the day. Smooth and easy to talk to. They painted and assembled my hood for the gr corolla.

Vesh and his team have been the most professional and accommodative body shop I've ever worked with. Their prices are fair, the services is quick and the quality is top notch.I was away on holiday and Vesh was able to pick my car up without me being home and deliver the car right as I arrived home.5 Stars!!Service: Auto side view mirror repair

Sharing my experience, went with few scratches in front bumper of my car and showed them there are few minor scratches in other doors. At the time of handover, front bumper only fixed but didn't agreed that I showed them other scratches and I argued about it but I was told that it was not promised which is not correct. Then other day they just did touch up to those scratches and it turned out worst and more visible . I had a discussion about and told me that they did it for free which is not correct statement . First of all there is a huge communication gap, they should listen customers first and resolve the reported issue which was not done in my car. Not happy with the treatment and solution provided.

I called in near closing for an urgent repair and was kindly greeted by David the repair technician. David did an amazing job at repairing my broken side skirt and was able to do it in such a short amount of time. The price was great and the overall service was amazing. Would highly recommend this business if you are in need of auto body repair.

I recently had my 2018 Honda Si coupe body damage repaired at this Auto Body Shop and I am really impressed with their service. The technicians and staff were very professional and friendly, they did a great job fixing my car. It looks like new again and they had the job finished in no time. Went to Asco motors the other week for a paint job and they did an excellent job. The employees were efficient and extremely helpful. They gave me a reasonable price compared to other shops. I'm extremely satisfied with Asco motors service and will definitely have them be my regular mechanic. If you want service that is great and don't want to get ripped off then you should try Asco motors!!
