  Everytime I came between 9pm and 10pm no one is at the front always the cashier is hiding even she see me she ignored me and closed the door and I standing by the window waiting for her

  The price of this Union 76 gas station is a little less than most of the other gas stations in the area. It is also next to the freeway. So, it is very convenient for me to fill up my gas tank before returning home. The gas station has a small convenience store with most of the drinks and snacks you'll find in most gas station stores. It also has a car wash, which is very busy when I'm there. The gas pumps are clean and wide enough for big trucks. However, the first pump I tried was broken without any sign to let the drivers know!

  DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!! It's a complete rip off. They are under new management and new management basically decided to over charge, for you to wash your own car.
  
  1. They no longer wipe your car down after it goes through the wash
  
  2. They no longer provide tire dressing
  
  3. You have to vacuum your own car when it's done.
  
  4. Your car will still be filthy after you come out of the wash.
  
  It literally looks like my car hasn't even been washed. They also force you to do a monthly subscription now or pay an extremely high price for one time wash. Where u become the detailer of your own vehicle. Even though you pay the regular price of a detail service. That you would pay at a normal wash where they have someone whipe and clean your vehcile for you. This is by far the dumbest concept I've ever seen for a car wash.

  Been putting gas here until the old man clerk doesn't let us use the restroom, after 6pm he said it's closed, but their gas and store are open, that's how you can tell the owner cares about the customers money than the customer. This is america man, customer service in this country is unrivaled, either the old man doesn't want to clean the restroom often or that toilet is made of gold. Don't put a restroom there if that thing is only for saddam. TO BAD MY WALLET CLOSES AT 6pm TOO..

  This place has changed a lot since I had my car washed. The price for a car wash also has changed. I opted for the # 2 wash with exterior and interior vacuuming. They only take credit card and will not accept cash. Once your car is set up on its track, a couple of people start brushing the exterior of your car. You're not allowed to leave your car and once they did their initial cleaning, your car automatically goes inside the automated car wash. You'll notice a spray of water and then a splash of wax detailer splashing on the exterior. After which, you go into the water shower with a brush to clean out. The final phase is you'll go into their air dryer Once done with the automated car wash, you'll be directed to one of their stalls so that it will be hand wiped by a couple of people. They also apply a tire dressing to shine your tires. All these processes took only less than 15 minutes. When I was called that it was done, I noticed that they didn't vacuum my car. I was told then that I have to vacuum the car ourselves. If I'd known that I would not pay for that extra charge for vacuuming my car. I would have saved a couple of dollars and vacuumed my car at home. They should have notified the customers that they don't vacuum the interior of the car. Take for granted it COVID protocol, they should not offer that service if they will not perform the work. Why pay for something that I have to do it. I'm not satisfied with how my car was cleaned. I used to go here before, and they take their time to clean it. Now, they look like in a hurry and just go about their business of wiping your car only once.

  Went to this spot a few times. It was good enough to go back a couple times. The last time I went, one of the guys closed the door to my Escalade while the car was running and in line to be washed... I LITERALLY walked away on a phone call for 5-10 minutes. When I got back I noticed my car hadn't gone threw. I walk to the back where I dropped it off and the manager and employee are trying to break into my car, because they locked the keys inside, were about to close in 20-30 minutes, and my car was blocking the line to allow the rest of the cars to be washed..... so now they have a line of like 10 cars with 20-30 minutes to close.... Luckily my sister was able to bring my spare keys, but she took about 15-20 minutes to show up. So these guys just push my Caddy threw the machine as is, while its in park... then when the Caddy comes out on the other end, they have to once again push it to the side as best they can to get the rest of the line threw. As funny as this all was, I wasn't accommodated for anything. Not even an apology for locking my keys in the car and possibly damaging my vehicle by pushing it threw while in park... I wouldn't recommend this car wash to anyone... Theirs another car wash up the street, probably better off going their instead.

  The 91 gas there is super LEGIT...... My Toyota v8 runs extremely smooth on this. You can tell the difference between gas stations. I'm a SHELL guy myself but this 76 is TOP TIER. The prices are high but it's top notch

  $15 for an Exterior Wash, I found lots of dirt when I got home and the cost includes vacuum but there vacuums we're not working. Won't be returning

  They're only offering exterior right now, which is fine -if they did that right. I just went over my car after they did it and found so much dirt still on it that it was disgusting. Now here's for the kicker - if you are a woman please don't go. I felt so unsafe here that midway through my vacuuming I had to drive away and leave. The guy who washed my car kept coming and asking me personal questions (where I lived, my name etc), which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I won't be returning here or to any car was for that matter after this experience. I went out and bought my own detailing materials.

  I signed up for their unlimited washes on my wife's van. We lived in Fremont and she worked nights in Mountain View. She'd always go through swarms of bugs coming over the Dumbarton Bridge in the early morning, so I got her the unlimited washes so she could just slip into the carwash and bring home a clean van. I forget what the unlimited washes costs, but it's an exterior wash only, and if you do it three times a month, it costs less than buying individual washes. For what it's worth, I'm satisfied with their exterior wash, which is done entirely in the automated machine, with a little hand-drying afterwards. For the unlimited washes they take down your credit card number and auto-bill you. That's fine, until you need to cancel. We moved out of state, so I can't use the car wash any more. There is no way to cancel online. I called and they told me I have to email the owner at [email protected] to request cancellation, and that I'd need to provide the vehicle license plate number. I did that on March 20, 2020. After that I got billed $1 per month. Each month I file a dispute for the $1 with my credit card company and they "investigate" and credit me back the $1, but Radiance car wash keeps billing me $1 every month, more than 15 months later. This is just unacceptable. This business has lost my trust, and I'd recommend you not place yours in it.
