Haven't had a bad experience here and the lady has always been nice and welcoming when I've dropped in. The older guy seems a little grumpy and does take his time when you ask him to fix the coffee machine but oh well. I'm sure they deal with a lot of BS too.

The worst 7-11 in the entire bay area, the staff is disgusting, disgusting, arrogant, and has a bad attitude; I don't understand why 7-11 doesn't review franchisees, why franchisees don't review staff, extremely rubbish

The reason I'm about to write a review is because the attitude of the employee at the store today July 26th 6:55 outside of the store post it $1 coffee iced coffee. I go in and ask, and the staff says we don't have. I asked him can I put the coffee in ice to make it a iced coffee and he said no. I'm not shocked review is two stars. God bless Good luck

Cashier , the young chubby lady not respecting customer! Bad service! Talked so rude and used middle finger to customer.Bad attitude! I was bought the lotto by chosen the number and I didn't know someone marked on advance play (2). When she asked me pays $12 and I told her I buy only 3 plays means $6 . Why cost $ 12. She didn't explain how and she says I'm not serious! When I asked her why and she say I play 2 time by I marked on advance play! I explained her the chosen paper I got from the table and I overlooked but can not say I am not serious! I can pay for it but don't tell customer not serious. When I got in to my car I saw her showing middle finger up! I didn't have time to talk with rude lady like you. I will be back tomorrow to talk to your manager. Remember, you open your business for make money from customer and make customer satisfied when customer come to you store! Do not do stupid things to customer!

Horrible customer service!! I said hello/good morning to the cashier lady and I get a dead stare, no greeting back. Ok, moving right along...she quickly rings me up and I notice that she charged me $2.39 for soda. I just got a cup with ice (you can clearly see though the cup that it was just ice). Asked her what the charge was for and she dead-eye's me and said soda. I said it's just ice. She says it's the same price. Dead.Eye. I've been to many gas stations/convenience stores and they never charge full price (max $1 for the cup/ice). She charges $.25 for a bag (w/o asking) and throws every to in there and leaves it open on the counter. WOW! Nice customer service lady! I filled my ice cup with a drink just out of principle. Never going back again!! SUCKS!!

I stop in every morning for a sandwich, muffin and coffee before work.Binder is a great guy.Also stop every day after work for cigarettes, beer and a big gulp for the wife.Won't anymore. After work that is.New lady named phreet is rude.Paid for a bag for my purchases, she tosses the bag on the counter then turns around to continue her conversation on the phone.Not the first time.When ur phone is more important than ur customer service I will go down the street.My afternoon purchases are now made 3 blocks away at another store.

I liked to see how good brands of coffee and prices compare to AM/PM. Cheaper or less with few limited items. Okay than nothing.

Definitely one of the better 7-11 stores I have been in. Large inventory of merchandise, great beer selection, and the store is always very neat and clean. The proprietors, although obviously foreign, speak English well, and are always very pleasant and helpful. (And they have gas pumps, too!) No complaints at all. I just wish all the other 7-11stores were like this one.

Customer service is pretty good at this location. This is the 7-11 store/gas station near Fremont blvd x Delaware Drive in Fremont. I went in just to grab an iced coffee. The dispenser is low, so I settle for a medium cup. I go up to the register, and the cashier and his friend are discussing a deal or something. So I wait and wait. Finally, I step up and my drink rings up at $1.89. Cashier tells me to punch in any phone number and skip the rest. BAM! Your drink costs 79 cents, as it's rung up as a Slurpee. Thanks ‐-------------- BTW, UL Reg was at $4.35, which isn't cheap Some "interesting " people loitering about in the parking lot and side street nearby. Lock your vehicle.
