BEWARE DONT SHOP HERE. The employees here have been trained to scam customers. They never give you your exact change and add extra charges to your transaction. I've been recording them for 6 months 4 days a week and have started the process for filling a lawsuit. I warn you, do not shop here or you will get ripped off. The 6 months of video evidence that I have obtained. Will be shared with ABC and Fox News. Once attorney gives the green light. If you shopped here you have been scammed. Stay tuned for all the details and video footage that will air. We are hoping to make this case go public. You won't believe what these employees have been doing with each transaction. This store makes duplicate charges. I caught them twice and asked for correction on my receipt. They also don’t give receipt unless asked. Please be careful and double check your receipts.

Aside from the clerk behind the counter being a thief and charging me ambiguous prices every time I go in there always way too much money I like the store. Last time I went in there I ordered two pizzas to go one of them was a cheese pizza and one of them was a seven meat combo Pizza. The only other thing I bought there was a big gulp drink. He charged me $26.24. I don't know how you can get to that price when the cost of a pizza is only $7? So I had to file a complaint with 7-Eleven and then I found out the franchise and then I asked for my money back last night when I was in there and the guy refused so I have to give up

I'm an Asian and I went to buy cigarettes and when I pulled out my ID their cashier still needed to scan my ID for all the info, I was suspicious because a guy of the same race as the cashier had just bought cigarettes 2 minutes earlier and didn't ask for it or scan the ID on him, the cashier with a disgusted look on his face told me "no" he didn't want to sell me anything, very nasty to Asians! Such disgusting and nasty discrimination!

Went in for coffee/decaf the thermos was empty asked if he would make any. He stated " No " . I'm not 1 to throw a racial or gender card but have never had a turbin speaking human explain that he would not provide or even attempt what 7-eleven stands for 1300 flavors of coffee...Wow a white girl cant get a cup of coffee for Thanksgiving and laughed at when leaving. I grew up her.?????????

The people here have no idea how to cook things. Few months ago I got a cheese bread from here and it was hard as a rock. Today I ordered wings on the app and they came from here and they were burnt to a crisp and dry. They probably just leave the prepared food sitting out for days at a time because they're lazy. Disgusting food, bad workers. Avoid at all costs and go to the one on Mission instead.
