“I believe I came here 2 times. This bank is where my company has their account at. Upon walking in, it does not look like a standard bank. There were no teller stations. All you'll see are desks. I was greeted by an employee who was sitting at her desk (at first, I thought I was the only one there). The lady was very polite and my transaction was pretty much less than 5 minutes.”

I am usually recognized by the regular staff there, so it is always nice to feel like I really matter enough for them to remember me. I've always enjoyed doing my banking with TechCU. I like the more personal atmosphere and banking experience I have by getting to sit at a desk with the tellers (rather than standing at a counter at a bank).General: I have always experienced better banking options available through Credit Unions than at banks. Credit unions do not charge fees for everything, like banks do. And Credit Unions, don't play games around when deposits and withdrawals are made in order to generate more fees, like banks do. Credit Unions only require a small sum of money be present in your account at all times in order to keep your account open ($5-$25 has been my experience). Credit Unions offer MANY off its services for FREE, unlike banks which seem to charge for every service offered. My Credit Union accepts legal tender (cash), unlike 1 bank I had dealt with 4 years ago, which would not accept my cash. Credit Unions are often owned by the members, which means we get to vote on the administrators.Issues: My biggest gripes about this place are the location being so far south of where I live and the limited parking. Many years ago, this branch was located in Newark, which was much closer to me, and the parking lot had plenty of parking. That location also had much more light in it, which gave it a more cheerful atmosphere. When will TechCU consider another branch further north?”

My banker, Jackie was so helpful and detailed when assisting. The dealer ended up losing the check and she went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Provident customer service has always been great, but this experience definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Jackie!!”

5120 Mowry Ave, Fremont“Review of : Bank Of The West On Mowry, Fremont, California Branch Manager VP : Pablo Leon Hi, For anyone banking at Bank Of The West, or for the suits, holding higher positions within the financial firms sector: I have been banking with this financial firm, for approx. 45 years.. I want to give recognition, and a great big shout out -of appreciation to : Pablo Leon. He is the Branch Manager VP, at the Mowry location... I recently had major problems, with an unresponsive, mobile account... It locked and unlocked my credit cards, on its own... It rendered my account, useless to me. I was not able to do anything, other than view it, and use one of my cards... I could not make my credit card payments, or anything else. I had been to different branches at Bank Of The West, and given them several chances, to resolve my problems . No one was able to help me resolve the issue. I was ready to close out my account of 45 years. Taking my business elsewhere. I decided to go over to the Mowry branch, as I had a few transactions, I needed to take care of . I knew they had recently hired a new Branch Manager VP: Pablo Leon He had solved a lot of problematic issues, that branch, was having... He took a branch with a lot of problems, cleaned it up, hired some new employees, and made it run smoothly, and efficiently. The employees are very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at their jobs ... He also improved customer service, and the complete function of how that branch was run . Before he was hired: I had stopped doing business, at that branch. When Pablo was was hired, he completely turned things around. Now, it is a smooth running branch ... I love doing business, at this branch now . I presented my problem/challenge, to Pablo, along with my frustration. He asked me, to give him a chance to fix it. He shook my hand, and gave me his word. His word , that he would not give up, until he resolved all issues, and fixed my banking related problems.... He assured me, he would find a way to fix it..... He said he loved a challenge..... (especially one, that others had attempted to fix, and failed at). . He promised me, that if I put my faith in him, and gave him the chance, he would find a way to fix it. He told me, they valued their customers, and that he did not want to lose me as a member of his branch family... He asked, that I be patient with him, as he found a way to fix the problem... (note that he did not say, try to fix)....... To the suits higher up: You need to value this man: For his integrity, ethics, character, dedication, and determination.. As well as his abilities to solve difficult problems, and retain your customers, (when they are frustrated enough to leave) ... He is a valuable asset, to your bank/business... He also has a very pleasant Personality, and is great with people, which is an extreme bonus. He is a man of his word, true and true.. A man, whose handshake, and word, hold great value. It took him a while, but he stayed on it like a pitbull with a bone .....until he got all my problems resolved... This is a man who will shake your hand, give you his word, and live up to what he says.... So a great big shout out , of appreciation, and gratitude, To Pablo Leon, (from the bottom of my heart) .....You Have Definitely Earned My Respect... ....Thank you so much ! ....Don't ever change . There is not one thing to complain about. I get the feeling they look out for me and my best interest and go above and beyond to meet my financial needs. It's the kind of bank you form a solid relationship with and feel secure having your money there.As with any bank it has its busy times but at most times I am in and out. I recommend its well worth stopping by and seeing if this is the right bank for you.”

What makes them great? 1) Everyone has a great attitude AND they are professional. The employees don't avoid customers if it's busy. They always greet and tell you if they can or can't meet with you yet. 2) I know it's best to set an appointment but the times I didn't (sorry!) I've never been shooed away and the employees have never been rude about it. For wire transfers they have always been able to accommodate me after a short wait. 3) Their service is consistent. I've been here a lot and there's never a 'bad' day. I know I can count on their service even if my issue isn't resolved same day. My family and I have had major life events happen where we leaned on this branch: purchases/sale of homes, opening our kid's first account, and now death of a family member. Some things were quick and some were a process but it's always been a pleasure dealing with this branch during these benchmark moments in our lives. Now that we live in the valley, I still make the 1+ drive here because I don't want to deal with any potential headaches and I trust their service. Good job Warm Springs branch! One point of note, is that this ATM is located inside the Lucky's grocery store so it is restricted by the hours of the store itself. Other than that the only other comment is to note that the ATM is tucked away in a little corner at the West end of the store. There's actually two Bank of America ATMs there to choose from.”
“Had been here to open an nre/nro account and some attestation work.The branch manager Usha Venkatraman was welcoming, helpful, friendly and guided us through the process of account opening and other details.After we sent a list of documents to India, the Indian office said we missed one document which had to be sent urgently and she was very accommodating. We got appointment for attestation with her the same day we requested wherein usually we get appointments atleast a week later.Also, Associate banker Sahil Sareen helped in opening an account for us and also gave an insight to various schemes and benefits the bank offers.Long story short, excellent experience at the Fremont location.”
