They were actually open the hours they have posted on-line, which is a great start. The clerk was very attentive and guided directly what I needed and I was in and out in minutes. The parking lot at night could use better lighting since tweekers are generally nocturnal and don't like light. Other than the lighting great experience.

The pharmacy is the worst place I have ever gone to they take the longest to help you . They take their sweet time to attend people . No lie I waited so long in line to just get one medicine . They need more workers or organize things better. It shouldn't take so long to get your prescriptions. There's 4 works helping so I don't know what's the big issue about ! Get it together ! Walgreens on feeedom ! I wanted to give them a zero star but I can't . But they don't deserve that one star

This pharmacy is trash. They keep you on hold for 20 minutes and continuously disconnect your calls. It's clear they don't know how to properly operate a telephone. I'm sure they'll use Covid as an excuse but the jig is up on Covid. It's time for fresh excuses cause that ship has sailed.

Do not get your prescription filled at Walgreens PharmacyI have been trying to pick up prescription for the last three days and no luck. Day one closed all day. Next day two closed at 2pmCalled in to get information and was told the next they would be closing at 6pm. I keftbwork early to be there before closing. Super long line of people wIting day and right at 6pm closed turning away everyone that had been waiting. This is crazy bad service. Why not close at 5 and help everyone that arrived at 5pm. I understand being short staffed but people need their prescriptions. Find solutions partners with other pharmacy to get prescriptions filled but do something. Or don't take the prescription order allow people tobgo elsewhere especially because you can't deliver. No care for those in need. I don't understand how they went from 24 hours to zero.

I like and dislike this Walgreens. First the toys and trading cards are good. You can expect some basketball, baseball,football,Pokémon(tins), And magic the gathering(Theme boosters) And have a nice selection of candy,chips,treats, and all around food! But the pharmacy is just so bad. The lines are always soooo huge, but I know Walgreens can't control that but they take hours just to help one single person. And the customer service is bad. All the pharmacy workers have bad attitudes. But there is one Asian old worker who has really really bad attitude. Would recommend for food or toys, would not recommend for pharmacy.

Walgreens in Watsonville is close to getting an Elder Abuse suit filed against them. I have spent hours on hold multiple times to stop automatic refills that have never been requested, continuously verbalized to them in person and over the phone that prescriptions are not ready to be refilled. Then we receive a partial prescription of 5 pills because because they do not have the medication. Sitting in line for an hour only have to do it again in 2 days. Finally had it switched out pharmacy and personally went to them stated we are not on automatic refill and have switched pharmacy's delete all information. They said they would, then 1 month later, we're unable to pick up prescription at our new pharmacy because it's sitting at Walgreens. They are abusing the elderly and disabled. Don't get caught in their web of deceit. A 1 rating is more than they deserve.

Once again my doctor says I have 4 refills left, my medicine bottle says 4 refills left, every other Walgreens tells me I have 4 refills but this Walgreens here on freedom hasn't given me my meds in over a week. I'm a fully disabled man with no leg and was s*** 23 times still have over 11 bullets in my body in my spine. I'm living off my meds and I go weeks at a time without my meds because of this Walgreens. Change management and higher better employees. You guys are playing with peoples life's.

You call your put on hold for more then 10mins then someone picks up doesn't say anything and put you on hold or when your lucky enough to get someone their rude as heck there's no public relations here. The drive through is a joke your sitting in your car for over 40mins and it's still not your turn. The drive through should be used for pickups only and nothing else.

Not only is there only one person behind the pharmacy counter every time I go in, but once having to wait I approached the young lady who with her tone of voice and attitude is obviously not happy where she works. After have heard her tell every person ahead of me prescription will be ready in two hours...my prescription was sent two days ago and yet was also told to go back in two hours. I'm sorry but the tactic to pacify your customers by saying there's a two hour wait is not working! Today I tried calling in to the pharmacy and during over an hour wait I did not once get a "I'm sorry for the wait we will be with you as soon as we can" no acknowledgement what so ever other than someone picking up receiver to only place me on hold again, if not hung up on then having to call right back and wait again. I called to speak to an associate other than pharmacy and spoke to a gentleman who took down my information prior to placing me on hold after saying he would go see what's going on at pharmacy...on hold once again only this time for only about 5 minutes then boom they disconnect me. Still haven't gotten a call back from the gentleman even after providing my contact information! Wish I could switch pharmacy unfortunately only one my Insurance works with. This is so unethical to treat customers this way. Even after continuous complains coming from other customers nothing has been done to resolve this issue! Hire staff that enjoy what they do and that do not lack common customer service skills. If I could this rating would be nothing more than a -10

Worst customer service and horrible dealing with the pharmacy......especially if your sick and need medication......Don't count on these people. I called begging to have my prescription soon, because I have an infection from nursing, need medicine and have to take my infant out to get it...I've been waiting 5 hours, and they rudely tell me 2 more hours.....with no sympathy whatsoever for my situation or regard for my health or my baby . These people need to realize they are in the business of dealing with human beings and dealing with peoples health. Rude and pathetic if I could give them less than 1 star....I would.
