  Technician great
  Waiting room very sad. Need to put an actual human in there again to assist the elderly and sick with their 10-step automated check-in. A 100 yr old lady with cancer sat there at least a half hour and nobody helped her til the end of our wait. Very sad.

  Check in with App was very convenient! Phlebotomist was excellent!

  Wonderful helpful & kind staff - Kim & Daisy were great & as a disabled customer i really appreciated their knowledgeable, courteous & informative help during my visit - this Quest lab is awesome.
