Terrible SERVICE, they NEVER answer calls and do not have enough experience. And if they answer you, they just leave you waiting until you get desperate and end up hanging up and very angry. Terrible service I will never go to that place again called Ban Barias Kisses I will no longer tolerate them. One less customer

I highly recommend if you need an auto part to shop at the Norwich location. Chris from installation has excellent customer service skills as well as an abundance of automotive knowledge. This place is great!
