Not fair. All the winning tickets are sold in california. I wonder if this particular win was a Quickpick or if the winner chose his/her numbers. I am also questioning the integrity of Powerball and it's exhausting when the whole thing seems rigged. Anyhow, let's see who the lucky winner is. Time to wait for the next jackpot.
